★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk yang penderita penyakit khususnya kalau mau tanbal gigi atau poli gigi lebih baik jangan kesini, cari klinik lain aja, disini mah dokternya doang ada kerjanya jarang, di klinik lain aja bisa masa atas nama puskesmas kota Bekasi malah gak bisa this is aneh sekali takut Corona alasannya, emang beda dah kalau pemerintah mah beda sama swasta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat gak maksimal, awalnya ada pasien kritis dan saya telp 119 untuk meminta pertolongan darurat supaya bisa dikirimkan ambulan secepatnya. Arahan dari 119, disuruh ke puskesmas terdekat dan sudah di konfirmasi oleh puskesmas. Tapi saat datang ke tempat ini untuk meminta ambulance, dan padahal ambulannya ada di depan halaman. Awal dateng ada dokter sama petugas2 puskesmas lagi selfi2, saat lihat saya datang, mereka bubar seperti tidak ingin membantu.. Saat saya minta pertolongan untuk meminjam ambulan,, salah satu petugas wanita/ dokter bilang.. Arahan dari siapa? Terkesan mempersulit saya. Saya pun pulang. Dan pasien tidak dapat terselamat kan

Directions from 119, were told to go to the nearest puskesmas and have been confirmed by the puskesmas. But when I came to this place to ask for an ambulance, and even though the ambulance was in front of the yard. When I first arrived there were doctors and puskesmas officers taking selfies, when they saw me coming, they dispersed as if they didn't want to help.. When I asked for help to borrow an ambulance, one of the female officers/doctors said.. Directions from whom? Makes it difficult for me. I went home. And the patient can't be saved right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutup jam 2, emang kalo pengen berobat dateng set 2 udh ga dilayanin ya? Pelayanannya jelek bgtttt, ga sopan bgt bgt, ganti aja tuh, mana dokter gigi perlakuin orang kaya perlakuin hewan, takut covid ga segitunya kali bu!!!!!
Closes at 2, do you really want to come for treatment, set 2 has not been served, right? The service is really bad, it's not very polite, just change it, where the dentist treats rich people, treats animals, afraid of covid, it's not like that, ma'am!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu faskes yang melayani vaksin covid-19. Untuk petugas vaksinnya cukup ramah. Vaksin dimulai dengan mendaftar, menunggu sampai 10 peserta tiap gelombangnya, lalu screening, bagi yang lolos screening lanjut vaksin lalu cek kesehatan paska vaksin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sekali berkunjung kepukesmas sangat kecewa ,pelayanan kesehatan buruk sekali. Petugas kesehatan sombong, arogan. Buat Peraturan sangat tidak masuk akal, oper sana sini. Pukesmas buruk. Kapok berobat kesini.
I once visited the health center and was very disappointed, the health service was very bad. Health care workers are arrogant, arrogant. Make Rules very unreasonable, pass here and there. Bad Public Health Center. Tired of getting treatment here.

Jadi kalok antigen Positif domisili bukan di sini, jangan datang ke sini untuk PCR yang kata pemerintah RI Gratis.
Katanya harus sesuai domisili.
Harus ada surat RT/RW.
Karena akan di catat di Domisili kita.
Yah begitulah untuk sementara ini Pelayanan Puskesmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenernya untuk petugas vaksinnya udah baik. Tapi tolong untuk petugas yg lain lebih ramah lagi dan tidak bernada tinggi. Saya datang hari ini daftar untuk catin dan vaksin nenek. Saya sudah bilang di bagian depan utk antar nenek tapi sampai di bagian KIA kurang ramah sekali dan sangat sangat mengecewakan dengan alasan dia harus punya banyak konsulen dan saya kesiangan padahal saya sudah daftar dan bilang antar nenek vaksin. Kecewa banget sama pelayanan masyarakat di puskesmas ini.
Actually for the vaccinators it's good. But please for the other officers to be more friendly and not high-pitched. I came today to register for catin and grandma's vaccine. I've said up front to take my grandmother, but when I got to the KIA section, they weren't very friendly and I was very, very disappointed with the reason that she had to have a lot of consultants and I was late even though I had already registered and said that I would vaccinate my grandmother. Very disappointed with the community service at this health center.
