Puskesmas Jatimulya pelayanan baik juga ramah.. Tadi saya temanin saudara untuk vasksin di puskesmas Jatimulya . .meskipun saudara saya ktp bukan Jatimulya..harus pake domisili wilayah Jatimulya untuk persyaratan vaksin...alhamdulillah saudara saya sudah di vaksin dosis ke 1..Terima Kasih petugas jatimulya
The Jatimulya Health Center has good service and friendly service.. Earlier I accompanied my brother for the vaccine at the Jatimulya Health Center. Even though my brother's ID card is not Jatimulya..you have to use the domicile of the Jatimulya area for vaccine requirements...thank God my brother has been vaccinated for the 1st dose..Thank you Jatimulya officers

Pagi tadi datang ke puskesmas sini buat vaksin sinovac dosis 1. Pas masuk buat konfirmasi data diri ga disambut baik sama orangnya. By the way itu kayanya anak magang atau sejenisnya, pakai baju SMK/SMA. Jutek, judes, kurang sopan bicaranya. Jadi kurang sreg bawaannya. Padahal juga dari pasien mah bicara udah sopan, nanya udah sopan, tapi nadanya begitu. Kalo manggil pasien juga terkesan membentak. Padahal disitu juga ada orang tua, dan tentu orang yang lebih tua dari mba² seragam SMK/SMA yang magang itu. Terus body language nya seakan akan kaya acuh tak acuh, makin bikin 'gemes' jadinya ☺️. Tolong ya, tolong banget, setidaknya kalo emang udah capeeekkk banget, tetep ngehargain orang lain. Makasih. Oiya satu lagi, saya baca² ulasan disini, terus balesan dari pihak puskesmas nya, katanya bakal diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya. Manaa buktinya?? Sampe detik ini pun kritikannya sama aja kan. Emang kayanya dari dulu udah gini sih ya.. ☺️?
This morning I came to the puskesmas here for the 1st dose of Sinovac vaccine. When I entered to confirm my personal data, I was not greeted by the person. By the way, it's like an apprentice or the like, wearing vocational/high school clothes. Jutek, bitchy, not polite to speak. So it's less comfortable by default. Even though the patient has spoken politely, asking has been polite, but the tone is like that. Calling the patient also seems to snap. Even though there were also parents there, and of course people who were older than the vocational/high school uniforms who were apprentices. Then the body language seems like it's kind of indifferent, making it even more 'crazy' ️. Please, please really, at least if you are really tired, still respect other people. Thanks. Oh yes, one more thing, I read the reviews here, then the response from the puskesmas, he said the service would be improved again. Where's the proof?? So far, the criticism is the same. It's been like this from the start, isn't it.. ️?

Kemarin saya datang ke puskesmas jatimulya untuk menanyakan sertifikat vaksin ke2 anak saya kenapa belum terbit,ternyata ada kesalahan no.tiket dari peduli lindungi dan oleh petugasnya dilayani dengan ramah dan di bantu buat email ke peduli lindungi..esok harinya vaksin sdh terbit terima kasih pada pajabat terkait yg menangani urus sertifikat vaksin good job..pertahankab terus pelayanan dengan ramah dan baik
Yesterday I came to the Jatimulya Health Center to ask why my child's 2nd vaccine certificate has not been published, it turns out that there was an error in the ticket number from caring to protect and the staff is served friendly and assisted by emails to care and protect..the next day the vaccine has been published, thanks to the relevant officials who handle the administration of vaccine certificates, good job..keep it up with friendly and good service

Tolong kementrian kesehatan disidak petugas puskesmas jatimulya . Terutama Pelayanan terhadap pasien dalam hal berbicara sangat buruk jauh dari etika sopan dan santun, anda itu digaji masyarakat untuk melayani masyarakat dengan baik . Please the Ministry of Health investigate the Jatimulya Public Health Center officers. Especially the service to patients in terms of speaking very badly is far from polite and courteous ethics, you are paid by the community to serve the community well. PELAYANAN SANGAT SANGAT BURUK. Saya nunggu sudah lebih dari 20 menit cuma buat liat petugasnya MAKAN SAMBIL NGOBROL KETAWA KETIWI GAK JELAS padahal masih di jam kerja. Mereka liat ada 3 orang yg butuh bantuan tapi makannya malah sengaja dilama lamain, bukan ditanya dlu keperluannya dan dimnta tunggu ini malah diem aja. Buang buang waktu saya saja, Akhirnya sya pergi ke RS terdekat.
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. I've been waiting for more than 20 minutes just to see the staff EATING WHILE CHATING, LAUGHING CLEARLY, even though it's still working hours. They saw that there were 3 people who needed help but the food took a long time, instead of being asked what they needed and being asked to wait, they just kept quiet. Wasting my time, I finally went to the nearest hospital.

Ternyata bener, bbrp staff puskesmas Jatimulya ngga friendly. Hari ini booster, bagian adm. 2 Ibu² ketus, judgemental dan unfriendly. Petugas skrinning Ibu² juga, terkesan judgemental. Jarak vaksin 1-2 saya dilakukan di bulan 3&4 April 2021. Terus ibunya bilang , "Hah, vaksin terakhirnya taun lalu? Selama ini kemana aja? Kenapa baru booster sekarang??" Dih Buuu, Booster buat masyarakat umumnya aja mulai di 15 Januari 2022, terus gue kena covid Februari 2022, menurut Ibu bisa gitu langsung Booster?? Pas gue ngomong begitu, baru diem ngomongnya di lembut²in Ngga kebayang kalau pasien beneran digituin, bukannya sembuh, tambah stres ngadepin petugas kayak gini.

The screening officers, too, seem judgmental. My 1-2 vaccine interval is carried out in April 3 & 4, 2021. Then her mother said, "Huh, the last vaccine was last year? Where have you been all this time? Why is it only a booster now??" Dih Buu, Booster for the general public, starting on January 15, 2022, then I got Covid in February 2022, do you think you can do that directly, Booster?? When I said that, I just kept quiet and said it softly I can't imagine if the patient was actually digitized, instead of recovering, it would add to the stress of dealing with officers like this.
