★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jadi gua infeksi kuping gt, emang ga berharap lebih si soalnya periksa di dokter umum kan tapi punten dokter saya teh ke puskesmas mau berobat kenapa diinterogasi, seengganya diliat gt kupingnya. kek kesel aja udah lama2 ngantri trus cuma ditanya "keluhannya apa" trus ngasih surat rujukan. atuh seengganya dikasi resep gitu buat meredakan sampe gua ke RS. dah malah kuping gua lagi budek sebelah kan suaranya kecil bgt dokternya?
So I have an ear infection, I really don't expect more, because I checked at a general practitioner, right, but my doctor's punten went to the puskesmas for treatment, why was he interrogated, at least I could see his ears. I'm just annoyed that I've been queuing for a long time and then I'm just asked "what's the complaint" then give a referral letter. At least I was given a prescription like that to relieve it until I went to the hospital. already, my ears are deafening, my voice is small, the doctor's right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sya sangat kecewa dgn pelayanan nya masa iya sya sdh Dateng malah di suruh berobat di tempat lain sya jelas kan BPJS saja beralamat di Seroja apa iya sya harus ke Medansatria tolong dong cari dokter atau pemeriksa yg berakhlak tugas pukesmas itu melayani rakyat yg tidak mampu saya kecewa sya tau saudara saya BPJS nya SDH tidak aktif lagi tpi tlong donk emg di situ tdk bisa melayani dengan baik jelas² saudara saya dapet kartu berobat dr puskesmas yg saat ini saudara sya datengin
I am very disappointed with the service, yes, yes, I have come. Instead, I was ordered to seek treatment elsewhere. I'm clear, BPJS only has its address at Seroja. Yes, I have to go to Medansatria, please find a doctor or examiner who has morals, the duty of the Public Health Center is to serve people who can't afford it. I'm disappointed. I know my brother's BPJS SDH is no longer active but please don't be there it can't serve well, it's clear that my brother got a medical card from the puskesmas that I'm currently visiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistem administrasi dan antrian serta gedung bangunan sudah bagus, tapi sayang pelayanan kesehatan, khusus nya dokter2 nya sangat buruk. Kayak ga niat gitu, Gratis sih tapi percuma berobat kesini mending bayar ke klinik sekalian.
The administrative and queuing systems and buildings are good, but unfortunately the health services, especially the doctors, are very bad. I don't think so, it's free, but it's useless to seek treatment here, it's better to pay to the clinic as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tingkat pelayanan yang tidak sesuai dengan nomor urutan antrian.. di posisi poli umum dipanggil secara acak tidak ada urutan seperti panggilan di nomor urutan antrian pada saat diawal pendaftaran, antrian itu sangat digunakan sekali kalau seperti ini
