Gw periksa + minta surat dokter malah diomelin
Kata dokter nya "jangan dibatuk²in" udah gtu ditambah ngeluh krna bnyak org yg minta surat keterangan dari dokter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat buruk tidak ada etika sopan santunya, udh 3x dateng kesini di tolak terus padahal jam 11 katanya udh tutup padahal keterangannya tutup jam 15:00, pendaftaran vaksin tidak ada etika seperti tidak di sekolahkan tolong rekrut dulu orang orangnya, saya tidak akan ke puskes duren jaya lagi karna sangat sangat KECEWA,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bagian pendaftaran vaksin sangat tidak ada etikanya, mau vaksin seperti orang di ajak ribut klo bisa sekolahin dulu biar ada etikanya, pelayanan sangat sangat buruk

Minta rujukan ke hermina di larang dengan alesan gak ada dokter praktek alhasil di rujuk ke RSUD bekasi yang di mana pelayananannya PARAH datang dari jam 6 pagi baru ketemu dokter jam 11 hanya di periksa di kasih rujukan lagi ke RS Persahabatan
Aneh sama pelayanan rumah sakit di bekasi
Kesalahan Dari awal dokter di puskesmas tidak memberikan rujukan yang sesuai keinginan pasien
Harap ganti dokternya dengan yang lebih peduli ke pasien

Baik yg melakukan swab ataupun vaksin terjadwal
Mohon perbaikannya utk pemerintah setempat dan pembukaan lahan baru demi pelayanan & keramahan anggota kesehatan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan ngarep dapat surat dokter disinih. Pasien ga bisa diwakilkan harus ada ga boleh pendamping doang. Buat yg sakit gigi dll mending berobat mandiri dulu di rs baru kasih bukti ke puskes bhwa sy butuh treatment. Semua butuh pengorbanan.
Pengalaman dulu ga tau sakit apa perut kembung sakit eh dibilang jangan di "kencengin perutnya keras banget! " Ente waras? Ujung2 nya cm dikasi obat maag n parasetamol haha
