Ganti sparepart tanpa konfirmasi costumer , seharusnya sebelum ganti alangkah baiknya confirmasi ke costumer apa saja yg harus di ganti dan apasaja yg masih bisa di pakai/perbaiki ,
Jangan asal ganti" Aja , harga pun tergolong mahal
Customers feel very disappointed with this workshop,
Replace spare parts without customer confirmation, it should be before replacing it would be nice to confirm to the customer what needs to be replaced and what can still be used/repaired,
Don't just replace it, the price is quite expensive
