★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih bingung dengan system' jam operasional pukesmas kranji ini pegawainya juga tidak ada yg on time ditambah apakah orang udh cengal" baru fast respon ? Saya sangat menyangkan pukesmas yang diandalkan masyarakat seperti ini, kalo untuk pribadi saya ga masalah, tapi untuk kondisi lansia yang ingin berobat ke puskesmas ini sangat disayangkan keburu orang mati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah beberapa kali kesini, nomor antrian tidak berfungsi, petugas sedikit dan kurang ramah, alur dan jam pelayanan tidak jelas, semoga bisa berbenah
Been here a few times, the queue number doesn't work, the officers are few and less friendly, the flow and service hours are not clear, hopefully they can improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas teraneh yg pernah saya datangi, datang jam 12.30 pas jam istirahat tinggal 30 menit lagi, harusnya jam 1 dibuka kembali, anehnya pas jam 1 malah ditanya "ini mau pada ngapain?", pertanyaan teraneh yg pernah saya dengar dari petugas puskesmas dan malah disuruh pulang lagi karena jam pelayanan sampai jam 2. Padahal saya sampai jam 1 bgt, masih ada waktu buat jam pelayanan 1 jam lagi, alasannya dibilang katanya dokter dan semua petugas lagi ngasih vaksin booster, aneh ga ada bgt emg petugas dan dokter jaganya. Ga kebayang kalau ada yg sakit parah dan perlu tindakan malah disuruh pulang dan cari RS lain. Pelayanan sangat sangat tidak ramah. ???
The strangest health center I've ever been to, came at 12.30 during break time, only 30 minutes left, it should be reopened at 1 o'clock, strangely at 1 o'clock I was asked "what are you going to do?", the strangest question I've ever heard from a puskesmas officer and instead was told to I went home again because the service hours were up to 2. Even though I arrived at 1 pm, there was still time for another 1 hour service hour, the reason being said the doctor and all the officers were giving booster vaccines, it was strange that there were no officers and doctors on duty. I can't imagine if someone is seriously ill and needs action, they are even told to go home and find another hospital. Very very unfriendly service. ️
