Tertulis buka jam 07-11 tapi pas tutup tepat waktu, pas buka ngaret ngga jam 7. Padahal jam operasional cm 4 jam hehe gak paham deh. Fasilitas kesehatan dikira warung kali yaa bukanya seenaknya. Yang kerja harus nyiapin cuti sehari ni buat ke puskesmas doang bikin surat sehat. Hmmm ga menjamin sehari sih, kalo lagi amsyong bisa izin 2 hari
It says it opens at 07-11 but when it closes on time, when it opens, it's not at 7. Even though the operating hours are only 4 hours, hehe, I don't understand. Health facilities are thought to be stalls, not at will. Those who work have to prepare for one day's leave to go to the health center and just write a health letter. Hmmm, it doesn't guarantee a day, if it's really hard, you can get 2 days

Sy vaksin 1&2 disini, yg tertera di peduli lindungi sy hanya ada vaksin 1 dan itu pun di keterangan nya tgl 23 pdhl tgl 23 itu vaksin ke 2 sya dan di vaksin ke 2 tertera blm vaksin, sy sudah konfirmasi melalui WA di minta kirim foto ktp dan kartu vaksin, setelah itu tidak ada kejelasan sampai skrg.. pdhl sy bbrp x mengkonfirmasi ttg kejelasan ini tp tdk ada respon pdhl WA nya online
I'm vaccines 1 & 2 here, what's listed in care to protect me is only vaccine 1 and that's also the statement on the 23rd, but on the 23rd, it's my 2nd vaccine and the 2nd vaccine says there's no vaccine yet, I've confirmed via WA, I was asked to send a photo ID and the vaccine card, after that there is no clarity until now.. Pdhl I have several times confirmed about this clarity but there is no response when WA is online

Pelayanan lambat dan tidak cekatan. Antara bagian pendaftaran, pengantaran dokumen, pemeriksaan sampai ke ruamg periksa bisa sampai 3 jam lebih. Saya bingung dg review bintang 5. Apakah yg memberikan rating orang suruhan?
Service is slow and unresponsive. Between the registration section, document delivery, inspection to the checkpoint, it can take up to 3 hours more. I'm confused by the 5 star review. What gives the messenger rating?

Saya berusia 61 th membawa ibu saya berusia 82 tahun untuk vaksinasi. Lokasi vaksinasi di lantai 2. Naik ke lantai 2 antri dg rapi, ketika giliran saya, surat rujukan saya serahkan pada staf perempuan. Tiba2 saya dibentak oleh staf laki2 di sebelahnya. Saya kaget dan heran. Kemudian dia ajukan pertanyaan2 yg menurut saya tidak perlu dijawab karena bersifat menyudutkan. Sungguh membingungkan. Perilaku ini sangat kurang ajar. Saya sudah tua, dan dia menyuruh saya keluar, mengurus sendiri perihal ibu saya yg lumpuh dan menunggu di lantai bawah. Alhamdulillah ada dua orang yg membantu saya. Ketika mendengar saya dibentak2 di dalam ruangan dan akhirnya keluar dg kebingungan keluar ruangan, ada 2 org laki2 datang membantu. Mengambil berkas saya, membawa ke ruangan dokter di bawah. Mempertemukan saya dg dokter, membantu mendorong kursi roda, dan mencarikan kendaraan pulang. Padahal kelihatannya kedua org tsb kesibukannya mengatur kursi, menyapu, dan mengatur antrian vaksin di luar. Sayang saya tidak cukup uang untuk kasih tip. Saya doakan bapak berdua InsyaAllah diberi kemudahan dalam hidup dan rejeki berlimpah. Aaamiin.
I am 61 years old took my 82 year old mother for vaccination. The vaccination location is on the 2nd floor. Go up to the 2nd floor and queue up neatly, when it's my turn, I give the referral letter to the female staff. Suddenly I was shouted at by the male staff next to him. I was shocked and surprised. Then he asked questions that I don't think need to be answered because they are offensive. Really confusing. This behavior is very impudent. I was old, and he told me to go out, take care of my mother who was paralyzed and waiting downstairs. Thank God there were two people who helped me. When I heard being shouted at in the room and finally out of the room confused, there were 2 men who came to help. Take my file, take it to the doctor's office downstairs. Got me to the doctor, helped push the wheelchair, and found a ride home. Even though it seems that the two people are busy arranging chairs, sweeping, and managing the vaccine queue outside. Too bad I don't have enough money to tip. I pray that both of you, God willing, will be given ease in life and abundant fortune. Amen.
