β β β β β Setiap kali kesini, dari tiga meja customer service pasti cuma satu yang ngelayanin pelanggan. Pelayanannya lama.
Every time you come here, out of the three customer service tables, there must be only one who serves customers. Long service.

β β β β β Ada cukup tempat parkir untuk mobil dan space luas untuk parkir motor.
Saat masuk disambut dengan salam oleh security dan ditanya apa yang bisa dibantu, sebagaimana cabang BNI Syariah lainnya.
Banknya nggak terlalu luas tapi nyaman. Gedungnya terdiri dari tiga lantai. Lantai satu customer care dan mesin ATM. Lantai dua ada teller dan toilet. Lantai tiga ada mushalla mini dan tempat wudhu. Tidak terlalu luas namun nyaman dan bersih.

Upon entering, greetings were greeted by security and asked what could be helped, like other BNI Syariah branches.
The bank isn't too spacious but it's comfortable. The building consists of three floors. First floor customer care and ATM machines. On the second floor there are tellers and toilets. On the third floor there is a mini mushalla and ablution place. Not too spacious but comfortable and clean.

β β β β β Lokasi yang terjangkau, tempatnya nyaman dan pelayanannya ramah. Saya dibantu dg CS yang sangat membantu sekali. Keluhan saya disana ingin menonaktifkan layanan SMS Banking (karena lumayan boros pulsa). Nah, posisi saya gak bawa KTP. Untung sy bawa identitas lain dan ada juga fotokopi KTP. Walaupun diawal kata CSnya mengharuskan bawa KTP asli, tapi dimudahkan sama karyawannya. Alhasil sy berhasil menonaktifkan layanan SMS banking.. alhamdulillah
Affordable location, comfortable place and friendly service. I was assisted by CS which was very helpful. My complaint there is that I want to deactivate the SMS Banking service (because it is quite wasteful of pulses). Well, my position is not carrying a KTP. Luckily, I brought another ID and there was also a photocopy of KTP. Although at the beginning of the word CS requires carrying original ID cards, but facilitated by employees. As a result I managed to deactivate the SMS banking service ... thank God

β β β β β Mohon maaf Customer Service nya sangat mengecewakan, pengalaman saya buka rekening Tabungan BSI Easy Wadiah GPN via Aplikasi BSI Mobile, malah di kasih kartu debit yang berlogo VISA tanpa menginformasikan terlebih dahulu, ketika saya baru sadar kartu ATM tidak sesuai setelah beberapa hari kemudian datang lagi untuk komplain, CS bukannya meminta maaf tapi malah mengelak tidak mau mengakui kesalahannya dengan beralasan stok kartu GPN sedang kosong, keinginan saya tetap menggunakan kartu GPN malah dikenakan biaya ganti kartu 25K. Tolong diperbaiki lagi pelayanan CS
Sorry, the customer service was very disappointing, my experience was opening a BSI Easy Wadiah GPN Savings account via the BSI Mobile Application, instead I was given a debit card with the VISA logo without informing me first, when I realized that the ATM card was not suitable after a few days later came again for Complained, instead of apologizing, CS avoided admitting his mistake by reasoning that the stock of the GPN card was empty, I wanted to continue using the GPN card instead of being charged a 25K card replacement fee. Please fix the CS service again

β β β β β MaasyaAllah pelayanannya bagus.. sebelumnya saya buka tabungan di BSI Kotwis, antri dan ketika buka tabungan kurang terinformasi dengan baik.
Namun disini saya dibantu untuk penyelesaiannya. Dan tanpa mengantri lama..
MaasyaAllah the service is good.. before I opened a savings account at BSI Kotwis, queued and when I opened a savings account I was not well informed.
