Pelayanannya buruk banget, dikasih nomor antrian suruh nunggu sampai jam 12an sama security nya sampai jam 13.45 belum dipanggil juga. Dan baru bilang jam 2 tutup. HARUS NYA DIBATESIN DONG MAS MBA ANTRIAN NASABAHNYA, JADI GA PHP NASABAHNYA SUDAH NUNGGU LAMA!
The service is really bad, given a queue number told to wait until 12 o'clock and the security until 13:45 has not been called either. And just said 2 o'clock closed. IT SHOULD BE BETWEEN DONG MAS MBA CUSTOMER QUESTIONS, SO THE CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A LONG PHP!

Security nya tidak profesional. Antrian nya tidak ada di bilang lama. Sangat tidak profesional semua staf nya tolong pihak CIMB di sidak .
The security is not professional. The queue doesn't exist, says it's long. Very unprofessional, all the staff, please check with CIMB.

Jelek pelayanan nya. Teler nya ngerti apa gak ngerti sich.. suruh kesini suruh kesitu harus ke cab nya langsung yg bersangkutan klo mau cariin CEK PB. Sdh lama lagi antri nya
Bad service. If he's drunk, he knows or doesn't understand.. ordered him to come here, he had to go to the cab directly concerned if he wanted to find a PB CEK. It's been a long time waiting for it

Pertama kalinya tidak diterima, oleh Security dan OB yg menunggui mesin nomor antrian, langsung ditolak dengan pesan terselubung saat saya bilang mau ke Customer Service mengurus mobile banking,"tutup jam 13.30 dan masih ada 18 antrean ya bu." tentunya saya mundur teratur. Customer Service hanya 1 counter yg buka per saat ini pukul 13.03WIB. Ternyata parah ya...
The first time it was not accepted, by Security and OB who were waiting for the queue number machine, it was immediately rejected with a hidden message when I said I wanted to go to Customer Service to take care of mobile banking, "closes at 13.30 and there are still 18 lines, ma'am." Of course I'm going back regularly. Customer Service only 1 counter open as of now at 13.03WIB. Turns out it was bad...

Nasabahnya banyak pelayanan dr dlu nga ada perbaikan malah nambah lama.. Nga dimana2 Bank ini ada, pelayanan menjadi kendala.. Dan seakan dibiarkan atau malah memang sudah menjadi budaya?
The customers have a lot of services, since there was no improvement before, it just took longer.. Where is this bank, the service is an obstacle.. And it seems as if it has been abandoned or has it become a culture?

Lama sekali CS nya ,jam 10 masuk, jam 13.30 belum selesai juga, security info sih di awal nunggu lama bgt, tapi ketus, ngga kaya cabang lain, ngga rekomen, compare dengan cabang lain, semoga segera ada improve

It was Very Bad Experienced here.Too long queue..Very Limited Costumer Service Staff..Not recommended branch office..My suggest : Absolutely Need much more improvement
