Cs dan securiti nya bagus ramah dan komunikatif.

Nice waiter .. Queue number too 1-2 people can still be tried to enter, not too queued. How is the parking lot very narrow ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngantri CS lama banget, gara2 ada 1 CS nya yg ngutamain ngelayanin kenalannya dulu. Pdhl kenalannya dtg belakangan, baru dateng langsung dilayanin. Udah gitu ngelayaninnya lamaaaaa banget soalnya sambil ngobrol2 santai ngomongin hal2 di luar kepentingan bank.
Okee deh kalo diduluin antriannya karena kenal. Tapi tolong profesional, jgn ngobrol2 pdhl antrian panjangggg, jgn ngerugiin cust lain.
The CS queue was very long, because there was 1 CS who prioritized serving their acquaintances first. Even though his acquaintances came later, they just came and were served immediately. It's been so long serving it because while chatting casually talking about things outside the bank's interests.
It's okay if you get in the queue first because you know. But please be professional, don't chat with long queues, don't hurt other customers.
