★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk sekali saya udh 2 kali kesana untuk ambil PK tapi tidak segera dikasih... Awalnya jumat suruh balik lg saya selasa kesana suruh nunggu smp jam 1 udh nunggu juga gak dikaish akhirnya saya pulang lagi.... Sangat amat buang buang waktu. Dr jam 11- jam 2 . Dr pegawai btn pun tidak ada memberi tahu kapan kepastiannya bisa diambil
Very bad service. I've been there 2 times to take PK but it wasn't immediately given... At first Friday, I was told to come back again. I was there Tuesday. I was told to wait until 1 o'm already waiting for no answer, finally I went home again... It's a waste of time. Dr 11-hour 2 . Even the btn employee didn't even tell when the confirmation could be taken
