★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat nasabah melakukan penggantian kartu atm,sebaiknya CS lebih respon apakah nasabah menggunakan aplikasi mobil banking atau tidak,karena nasabah belum tentu tahu bahwa mobil banking memerlukan no kartu atm...sehingga nasabah tidak bolak balik ke kantor bank,apalagi di masa pandemi...dihari berikutnya setelah melalui telepon,di support hingga dapat digunakan kembali...tks supportnya...
When a customer replaces an atm card, CS should be more responsive whether the customer uses the mobile banking application or not, because the customer doesn't necessarily know that car banking requires an atm card number... so that customers don't go back and forth to the bank office, especially during the pandemic.. .the next day after using the phone, it was supported until it could be used again... thanks for the support...
