★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah, mulai datang satpam ramah. Cs ramah. Cuma kenapa dikasih 1 bintang karena berbelit² urusannya. Saya ngurus ATM terblokir, malah dikasih formulir "pembukaan rekening baru" Sama satpamnya. Pas sampe kasir, katanya ga bisa diurus karena alamat KTP beda dengan domisili. Heran aja, ngurus ATM terblokir kok gabisa cuman gara² alamat beda dengan yg di KTP. Saya kan mau ngurus ATM terblokir, bukan bikin pasport. Berbelit²....
Thank God, friendly security guards started to come. Cs friendly. Just why is it given 1 star because it's complicated. I took care of the blocked ATM, instead I was given the "opening a new account" form. The same security guard. When I got to the cashier, he said he couldn't take care of it because the ID card address was different from the domicile. It's just surprising, how come it can't take care of a blocked ATM just because the address is different from the one on the ID card. I want to take care of a blocked ATM, not make a passport. Convoluted....
