★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank parah ini, mau melunasi di persulit, pengajuan plunasan aj sbulan lebih, padahal cuma memo yang harusnya 10 menit ngerjain bisa selesai.
dikasih info klo pngajuannya sudah selesai, customer dibikin bolak-balik melulu disini, karyawan dsini ga ngasih informasi detail,
plunasan kata karyawannya si Aji di debet otomatis, sy sudah katakan ATM sudah lama hilang, katanya siapin aja saldonya. Begitu dateng ngantri udah lama, waktu juga biaya juga, bilangnya ga bisa, harus ke kepolisian dulu, kan ngerjain ini namanya, emangnya deket kesitu dari tangerang. karyawannya kerjanya ga profesional, aturan Banknya juga ribet.
Ngajuin dari januari sampe skarang marer blum kelar2, di pikir2 lagi klo mau berurusan ma BTN, sulit nglunasin KPR disini. Saya pribadi ga akan lagi2x berurusan ma BTN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security & cs nya ramah sangat membantu, 10 menit setelah ambil nomor antrian langsung dilayani dengan baik.
Sebelumnya sempet takut lama/harus bolak balik karena liat rating di gmaps jelek, tapi ternyata ga kok .
The security & cs are friendly, very helpful, 10 minutes after taking the queue number they are immediately served well.
