Menurut pengalaman saya pada tanggal 26/07/2021 sebagai customer yang pertama kalinya mengunjungi dan merasakan pelayanan teller di BNI CITRAGRAND cukup memuaskan dari segi pembagian nomor antrian dan customer dibatasin ketika masuk ke lantai atas khusus teller sesuai dengan adanya ppkm dan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku. Satpamnya cukup melayani customer dan sangat informatif. Ada 3 teller dan untuk bagian CS kalau tidak salah liat ada 2 CS. Semoga bermanfaat ya guys.
According to my experience on 26/07/2021 as a customer who visited and experienced the teller service at BNI CITRAGRAND for the first time, it was quite satisfying in terms of the distribution of queue numbers and customers were limited when entering the upper floor specifically for the teller in accordance with the PPKM and applicable health protocols. The security guard is enough to serve customers and is very informative. There are 3 tellers and for the CS section, if I'm not mistaken, there are 2 CS. Hopefully it's useful, guys.

Sediain kek CS digital khusus buat ngurus pin atm keblokir, kartu atm hilang / ketelan, buang2 waktu bgt, kurang inovasi.
Provide a special digital CS cake to take care of blocked atm pins, lost / swallowed atm cards, waste of time, lack of innovation.

Baru sekali ngantri di bni cuma mau cairin bsu doang ..dtg stgh 9 bru dilayani jam 2 .scuritynya belagu teller lelet udah tau antrian panjang malah main hp. beda bgt ama bank lain ? ckup tau aja..
I just queued at BNI for the first time, I just want to liquidate the BSU.. Coming on at 9pm, it's served at 2 p.m. The security is slow, the teller is slow, you already know there's a long queue and you're playing on your cellphone. very different from other banks that's enough you know..

Diantara 3 cabang deket rumah, menurut gw ini cabang BNI paling manusiawi. 2 cabang lainnya sulit bgt mau cairin BSU, disuruh dateng abis subuh buat dapetin antrian yg buat 5 orang doang sehari. Buat BNI Citragrand sistemnya kita datang dan tulis nama kita sesuai tanggal yang masih kosong karena dibatesin juga sehari cuma 10 orang, tapi lebih jelas karena disitu kita mesti balik lagi sesuai tanggal. Gw nunggu sekitar 2 minggu dan bisa dicairin walaupun ya ngantri juga. Diluar pun enak disediakan tempat duduk. Buat security Pak Ardy Yusuf, makasih ya pak tetap ramah walaupun nasabah ramai sampai sore. Kereeen?????
Among the 3 branches near my house, I think this is the most humane BNI branch. The other 2 branches were very difficult to disburse BSU, told to come after dawn to get a queue for 5 people a day. For BNI Citragrand, the system is we come and write our names according to the date that is still empty because it is also limited to only 10 people a day, but it is clearer because there we have to come back again according to the date. I waited about 2 weeks and I was able to cash it out even though I was queuing up. It's nice to have a seat outside too. For security, Mr. Ardy Yusuf, thank you, sir, for being friendly even though the customers are busy until the afternoon. Kereeen?????

Kecewa, jauh2 datang eh ternyata tutup. Dan diarahkan ke BNI Mercubuana Karanggan, yg pelayanannya sangat buruk.. Padahal BUMN harusnya lebih baik pelayanannya kepada rakyat yg jadi nasabah..
Disappointed, came all the way, it turned out to be closed. And directed to BNI Mercubuana Karanggan, whose service is very bad.. Even though SOEs should have better service to the people who are customers..

Respect bgt sm satpam atas nama Mulyadi. Saya mau betulin pin yg ke blokir kebetulan saya izin di jam kerja dr jam 11 saya nunggu , akhirnya pas dipanggil didalem kata satpamnya "sini mba saya bantu" sehat selalu untk orang-orang baik

Dari awal datang, security sudah ga ramah. Dalam hati saya "oh, mungkin banyak antrian". Ditanya keperluan apa, sudah menjawab, urus ATM yang hilang, hanya ditanya apakah bawa surat keterangan kehilangan dari kepolisian? jelas sudah krn sblm urus ini itu yang hilang kami ke Polsek terdekat dari rumah. Sudah menunggu dari jam 9 sampai jam 12, tiba nomor antrian saya, lalulah ditanya "mana resi urus KTP?" yang tidak ditanyakan di awal. 3 jam waktu terbuang percuma. Saya sudah urus KTP hilang, tp via online. Resi jg ga tercetak. tolong, Satpam atas nama Baehakki, di tertibkan dan di tindaklanjuti. Kasih informasi yang jelas di awal, jd waktu saya tidak terbuang percuma. Dan yang komplain hari itu, bukan cuma saya saja. Ulasan2 disini satpam atas nama tsb jg sudah banyak komplainnya. terima kasih

Give clear information at the beginning, so my time is not wasted. And it wasn't just me who complained that day.
