Tempat bersih, nyaman.
Fasilitas oke, hanya mushola belum jadi.
Perawat ramah2, dokter juga baik.
Petugas kebersihan, jempol.
Saat di ruang tindakan, dirawat dengan baik. Dan saat pindah ke ruang VIP, di wawamcara ahli gizi tentang makanan yang di suka dan tidak.
Seprei, selimut, bantal diganti tiap hari.
Sayang, oksigennya di kamar VIP tidak stabil.
terutama diatas jam 12 malm sampai Subuh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas baik karena rs baru, ruangan besar dan nyaman, toilet bersih, tempatnya leluasa dan sirkulasi udara baik. Sebagian petugas sangat ramah, membantu dan sigap, sebagian sangat lambat dan teledor. Standar safety dan SOP nya perlu diperbaiki. Tidak ada petugas berjaga di malam hari, infus anak saya sampai habis dan melapor 2x tidak juga diganti sampai darahnya naik. Bagaimana bisa kegiatan xray dilakukan di koridor penghubung antara ruang belakang dan IGD, tidak di ruangan tertutup khusus rontgen spt di rs lain. Anak saya dilakukan rontgen dan diinstruksikan duduk di pangkuan saya, lalu petugas melakukan xray, saya menolak karena saya juga kena radiasi, petugas menawarkan menggunakan apron sebagai opsi, itu bukan opsi tapi KEWAJIBAN melindungi orang lain selain pasien dari bahaya radiasi. Xray dilakukan di koridor dg pintu terbuka. Kemudian petugas lupa menyalakan kembali infus anak saya setelah di matikan selama berjam2 shg anak saya lemas. Infus ditaruh di tiang milik pasien lain yang baru pulang dengan jarum infus yang masih ada darahnya di samping anak saya. Bukankah nedle stick injury bisa terjadi pada pasien? Sampai saya sbg keluarga pasien yg memindahkan hazard biologi itu, hingga saya pulang dr rs tiang itu belum dibereskan. Kemudian label infus dengan nama anak lain diberikan ke anak saya. Label nama di makanan anak saya ditujukan di kamar sebelah. Resep dokter untuk anak sebelah ditujukan ke anak saya. Request gantj sprey sejak jam 6 pagi baru dilakukan jam 11. Saya rasa RS INI PERLU MENGEVALUASI DAN MENDISIPLINKAN PATIENT SAFETY. Semoga kedepannya bisa di audit implementasinya sehingga lebih baik, terutama petugas perempuan.
The facilities are good because the hospital is new, the room is large and comfortable, the toilet is clean, the place is free and the air circulation is good. Some of the officers are very friendly, helpful and prompt, some are very slow and careless. The safety standards and SOPs need to be improved. There are no officers on duty at night, my child's IV drip ran out and reported 2x not being replaced until his blood rose. How can x-ray activities be carried out in the connecting corridor between the back room and the emergency room, not in a special closed room for x-rays like in other hospitals. My son was taken for an X-ray and instructed to sit on my lap, then the officer did an x-ray, I refused because I was also exposed to radiation, the officer offered to use an apron as an option, it's not an option but an OBLIGATION to protect other people besides the patient from the dangers of radiation. X-ray is done in the corridor with the door open. Then the officer forgot to turn on my child's IV after it was turned off for hours so my child was weak. The IV was placed on the pole belonging to another patient who had just returned with an IV needle with blood still on the side of my son. Isn't it possible for a patient to have a neck stick injury? Until I, as the patient's family, transferred the biological hazard, until I came home from the hospital the pole had not been taken care of. Then the infusion label with another child's name was given to my son. The name tag on my son's meal was in the next room. The doctor's prescription for the next child was addressed to my son. Requests for replacement sprays since 6 am has only been done at 11. I think this hospital NEEDS to EVALUATE AND DISCIPLINE PATIENT SAFETY. Hopefully in the future the implementation can be audited so that it is better, especially female officers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang ke sini tgl 1 januari 2022. Igd sepi tapi suster dan dokter cukup sigap. Peralatan igd sederhana, area cukup bersih. Bisa menggunakan bpjs. Toilet umum kurang bersih dan kurang banyak.
Came here on January 1, 2022. Igd was quiet but the nurses and doctors were quite alert. Igd equipment is simple, the area is quite clean. Can use bpjs. Public toilets are not clean and there are not many.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Magelang yang masih baru, melayani pemeriksaan umum, ada IGD juga. Tempat luas, bersih dan tidak terlalu ramai. Lokasinya strategis di pinggir jalan Magelang-Jogja, mudah dijangkau.
One of the hospitals in Magelang Regency which is still new, serving general examinations, there is also an ER. The place is spacious, clean and not too crowded. Strategic location on the edge of the Magelang-Jogja road, easy to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kurangnya fasilitas, seperti mushola, minimarket, kantin tidak 24 jam. plafon dan lantai banyak yang rusak, sayang sekali karena bangunannya masih tergolong baru. seperti tidak terawat.
namun pelayanan nakes nya baik dan ramah. dokter dan perawat cepat tanggap walaupun di tengah keterbatasan alat yang ada. salut!

but the health service is good and friendly. doctors and nurses are quick to respond even in the midst of the limited tools available. salute!

Saat terjadi laka salah satu keluarga saja dibawa ke RS ini namun tidak jelas keterangan laka lantasnya dimana dan sebagainya. IGD tidak mempunyai catatan rekapan yang jelas mengenai polisi yang mengantar korban laka.
Very friendly service. Nurses are still a lot of young. The procedure for fixing and maintenance is clear. It still tends to be quiet so there are no queues for outpatients and controls.
