★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah Sakit Lestari Raharja : berlokasi di Jalan Sutopo no 5, Cacaban, Magelang (didepan lapas kelas II A Magelang). Lokasi RS cukup strategis, namun sayangnya lahan parkir terlalu kecil dan beberapa bagian bangunan sudah mulai rusak.

Saya peserta BPJS mau operasi mata ikan di telapak kaki namun prosedurnya sangat rumit dan tidak masuk akal. Kronologinya
1. Dari surat rujukan tertulis poli bedah buka jam 06.00-07.00 sehingga saya berangkat pagi-pagi dengan harapan segara diberi tindakan
2. Sampai di RS ternyata pendaftaran baru buka pukul 06.45. Saya mendapat antrean nomor 2
3. Setelah buka, saya mendaftar dan menunggu surat antrean dari poli bedah.
4. Setelah diruang periksa, saya diharuskan puasa dari pukul 09.00 dan operasi baru bisa dilakukan pukul 16.00
5. Pukul 09.00 harus swab dan diambil sampel darah dulu. Disini, saya yang dapat antrean nomor 2 tapi yang dipanggil malah nomor 3 dulu (semoga bisa diperbaiki sistemnya)
6. Setelah hasil swab keluar, saya disuruh rontgen tapi nggk dibuatin surat pengantarnya (posisi saat itu hari Jumat dan saya keburu salat Jumat). Setelah masuk ruang rontgen, saya dirontgen di bagian dada (mohon maaf ini sangat ga nyambung) saya mau bedah kecil mata ikan di telapak kaki tapi kenapa yang dirontgen bagian dada??
7. Setelah rontgen selesai, saya diminta menunggu di pendaftaran dan akan dimasukkan ke bangsal untuk diinfus (buat apa juga diinfus, saya sehat wal afiat hanya mau operasi kecil) dan katanya setelah nanti operasi harus rawat inap (katanya itu bagian dari prosedur)
Mendengar harus rawar inap, seketika saya langsung pulang dan tidak melanjutkan prosedur pemeriksaan.
Mohon maaf, kalau memang itu prosedur RS Lestari Raharja alangkah baiknya ditinjau lagi karena menurut saya sangat ribet untuk sekelas bedah kecil mata ikan di telapak kaki
Catatan yang perlu diperbaiki (semoga terbaca oleh pihak RS)
1. Ketepatan waktu/jadwal
2. Pelayanan pegawai
3. Beberapa bagian bangunan (dibagian pendaftaran lantainya ada yang bergelombang dan langit-langit nya retak) ini nggk terlalu mendesak tapi ada baiknya jika diperbaiki

 Lestari Raharja Hospital: located at Jalan Sutopo no 5, Cacaban, Magelang (in front of the Class II A prison in Magelang). The location of the hospital is quite strategic, but unfortunately the parking area is too small and some parts of the building have started to break down.

I'm a BPJS participant who wants to have fish eye surgery on the soles of the feet, but the procedure is very complicated and doesn't make sense. Chronology
1. From the referral letter it is written that the surgical poly is open at 06.00-07.00 so I leave early in the morning in the hope of being given immediate action
2. Arriving at the hospital, it turned out that registration only opened at 06.45. I got queue number 2
3. After opening, I registered and waited for the queue letter from the surgical poly.
4. After being in the examination room, I was required to fast from 09.00 and the operation could only be done at 16.00
5. At 09.00 a swab must be taken and a blood sample is taken first. Here, I got queue number 2 but the one who was called was number 3 first (hopefully the system can be fixed)
6. After the results of the swab came out, I was ordered to have an X-ray but no cover letter was made (the position was Friday and I was in a rush for Friday prayers). After entering the X-ray room, I had an X-ray of the chest (sorry, this is very disconnected) I wanted to have a small fish eye surgery on the sole of the foot but why the X-ray of the chest??
7. After the X-ray was finished, I was asked to wait at registration and would be put into the ward to be given an intravenous drip (what do I do, I'm healthy and I just want a minor operation) and he said after the operation I had to be hospitalized (he said it was part of the procedure)
Hearing that I had to be hospitalized, I immediately went home and did not continue the examination procedure.
Sorry, if that is the procedure for Lestari Raharja Hospital, it would be better to review it again because in my opinion it is very complicated for a small fish eye surgery class on the sole of the foot
Notes that need to be corrected (hopefully the hospital reads it)
1. Punctuality/schedule
2. Employee service
3. Some parts of the building (the registration section has bumpy floors and cracked ceilings) is not too urgent but it would be better if they were repaired
