★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say. The service (especially for the lab) is very awful. It's my very first time to write a review of any place I've ever visited. I go to this hospital to take a rapid test - for a dentist's appointment, I politely asked about the step to get the rapid service in lab (because it's my 1st time here) after registered my data before. There is neither queue nor number. But unfortunately, the lab's staff (the man, IDK his name) rudely answer me to wait and didn't give me any further explanation. Then, where's I supposed to ask? Please, if you choose to work in service industry, you shouldn't behave rudely to anyone who politely ask about something that they did not know. But if you're tired, just give the proper explanation, don't be "ngegas" is helpful enough, dude. Danke! :)
