RS nggak mutu, udah reservasi via halodoc mau vaksin, ternyata sampai RS nggak jadi vaksin, mana rumahnya jauh banget, petugasnya nggak ramah sama sekali, antara petugas 1 sama yang lain nggak sinkron
The hospital is not of good quality, I have made a reservation via Halodoc to want a vaccine, it turns out that the hospital did not become a vaccine, where the house is very far away, the staff is not friendly at all, the 1st officer and the other are not in sync

Sangat KECEWA dengan pelayanan pendaftaran disini, saya jauh jauh dari boyolali, dari pagi sudah telfon daftar poli paru dan katanya dokternya akan datang siang hari.. siang hari pun saya kesana, dan ternyata dokternya libur tidak datang.. harusnya dari pihak pendaftaran langsung konfirmasi ke saya kalo memang dokternya tidak ada, di bela belain libur kerja seharian jauh jauh ke RS PKU yang sangat mengecawakan ini.. Saya sarankan jangan ke PKU ini, mending ke PKU Surakarta Solo.. disini sangat mengecewakan
Very DISAPPOINTED with the registration service here, I am far away from Boyolali, from this morning I have called the pulmonary poly list and said the doctor will come during the day... I was there during the day, and apparently the doctor didn't come. me if the doctor doesn't exist, on the defense it is a day off from work far away to PKU Hospital which is very disappointing.. I suggest not going to this PKU, it's better to go to PKU Surakarta Solo... it's very disappointing here

RS nggak mutu, saya pengen diperiksa langsung di IGD kok bisa2nya disuruh keluar ngantri jelas2 saya sendiri yang sakit sampe muntah2 di WC, SOP pendaftaran IGD juga gajelas karena mengkhususkan ada pendamping dan pada waktu itu saya datang sendiri dengan keadaan pusing , muntah2 dan nyeri ulu hati. Lain kali RS ini harus punya SOP penanganan pasien IGD yang datang sendiri ya.
The hospital is not of good quality, I want to be checked directly in the ER, how come I was told to leave the queue, it was clear that I myself was sick until I vomited in the toilet, the ER registration SOP was also unclear because there was a companion and at that time I came alone feeling dizzy , vomiting and heartburn. Next time, this hospital should have an SOP for handling ER patients who come alone.

pelayanan sangat buruk mohon segera di perbaiki dalam pelayan pasien, mau swab aja ga ada antrian kok nunggu lama bgt!

Pelayanan farmasi nya kurang memuaskan, pembuatan nota untuk bayar ke kasir sangat lama sekali. Padahal hanya ada 2 antrean saja. Yang menumpuk resep terakhir malah didahulukan, padahal ayah saya sudah merasa pusing dan masih harus menunggu lama. Mohon ditingkatkan kembali
The pharmacy service is unsatisfactory, it takes a very long time to make a note to pay to the cashier. Even though there are only 2 queues. Those who piled up the last recipe took precedence, even though my father was already feeling dizzy and still had to wait a long time. Please upgrade again

Semalam saya periksa ke sini sekitar pk 22.30 . Sy melihat hanya 1 org yg berjaga di bagian pendaftaran. Sy menunggu 1jam dari pendaftaran sampai dipanggil untuk diperiksa sekitar pk 23:30. Saat di UGD sy dianamnesa dokter jaga. Sy disarankan untuk swab, sy setuju. Tapi sy harus menunggu lama sekali, saat ada petugas lab memanggil 'yg tes swab keluar ya' (tanpa menyebutkan nama), ya sy ikut keluar. Swab dilakukan diluar (teras RS), ternyata petugas tsb bukan memanggil sy, tiwas sy ikut keluar dan sy merasa badan sy makin tidak nyaman karena kedinginan. Akhirnya sy masuk kedalam lagi dan menunggu lagi. Jam sudah menunjukan pk 00 lebih. Karena sdh tidak kuat sy minta cancel swab dan minta obat saja. Barulah dokter menulis resep untuk sy. Saya paham kalau yg jaga malam lebih sedikit staffnya, tp di bagian pendaftaran sy pikir masih kurang efektif, staffnya terlihat repot sekali, kesana kemari sendirian, mengantar berkas, mencari berkas. Diruang pemeriksaan jg tidak banyak tindakan tp rasanya lama sekali menunggu untuk diperiksa. Petugas lab juga hanya sendirian melakukan tindakan. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan dan SDM nya.
Last night I checked here around 10:30 p.m. I saw only 1 person standing guard at the registration section. I waited 1 hour from registration until called for inspection around 23:30. When I was in the ER, I was diagnosed by the doctor on duty. I was advised to swab, I agree. But I had to wait a very long time, when a lab officer called 'the one with the swab test came out' (without mentioning the name), so I came out too. The swab was done outside (the hospital terrace), it turned out that the officer didn't call me, I died and I felt my body getting more and more uncomfortable because of the cold. Finally I went inside again and waited again. The clock has shown more than 00 p.m. Because I'm not strong enough, I asked to cancel the swab and just ask for medicine. Only then did the doctor write a prescription for me. I understand that there are fewer staff on night duty, but in the registration section I think it is still not effective, the staff looks very busy, going here and there alone, delivering files, looking for files. There is not much action in the examination room, but it feels like a long wait to be examined. Lab workers are also only alone doing the action. Please improve the service and human resources.
