★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus, pelayanan apotik kalo kalo bisa d benahi lg, nunggu obatt lamaa bgtt, jadi kalo pas pke bpjs susah, biar cpet pake umum biar bisa d tebus di apotik umum,, kalo ninggal anak susah dibawa juga pasti rewel karna ngantrinyaa lamaa???
 Good service, pharmacy service if it can be fixed again, waiting for medicine is very long, so if you use BPJS it's difficult, so you can use public so you can redeem it at public pharmacies, if a child leaves it's hard to bring it too must be fussy because the queue is long?? ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekelas rumah sakit tp pelayanan di bawah puskesmas. Saya merasa dipermalukan, karena informasi yang seharusnya hanya saya dan pihak rumah sakit yang tau malah dibicarakan dg suara lantang sampai saya menjadi pusat perhatian. Sangat tidak profesional.
The class of a hospital but the service is under the puskesmas. I felt humiliated, because the information that should only be known by me and the hospital was actually discussed in a loud voice until I became the center of attention. Very unprofessional.

Lu tau gak klo VCT itu bersifat rahasia. Org tanya jawab tereak2 kek toa. Pelayan gak ada etika. lu skolah kagak..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan walau kami dirawat di kls 3, tapi kami puas sejak masuk di IGD sampai kekamar, kita dilayani dengan senyum, sapa yang ramah.
Puji Tuhan kini sudah diperbolehkan pulang
Service even though we were treated in class 3, but we were satisfied from entering the ER to the room, we were served with a smile, friendly greeting.
Praise God now you are allowed to go home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebanyakan pegawai di rsu Muntilan ini kayaknya gak punya hati, mau priksa pakek BPJS aja susah harus ini lah itu lah kebanyakan alesan. Padahal BPJS kan juga bayar sndiri , paling bentar lagi bangkrut kalau yg melayani hatinya kek batu semua ? pantesan ranting bintang nya jelek !!!
Most of the employees at Muntilan General Hospital don't seem to have a heart, it's hard to check using BPJS, it's hard, this is the most reason. Even though BPJS also pays for itself, at the very least it will go bankrupt if those who serve the heart are all stone no wonder the star branches are ugly!!!

ketika meminta surat bebas narkoba, dari loket hingga laboratorium semua pelayanan memuaskan. kaget dengan perubahan komunikasi yg jauh lebihvl ramah, sudah menawarkan bantuan dulu sebelum saya bertanya . Keren. Maju selalu untuk RSUD Muntilan, tetaplah menjadi yg terdepan dalam melayani kesehatan masyarakat!

when asking for a drug-free letter, from the counter to the laboratory all services are satisfactory. surprised by the change in communication which is much more friendly, already offered to help before I asked. Cool. Always move forward for Muntilan Hospital, stay at the forefront of serving public health!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman ke RSUD Muntilan karena ada Dokter Spesialis Gigi Anak [Pedodontist]. Anak sakit gigi dan harus perawatan dokter gigi anak. Suka sekali saat perawatan disini, apalagi ini merupakan dokter gigi anak yang deket dg t4 saya tinggal. Pelayanan dokter, perawat gigi, administrasinya bagus bgt, cepet lagi. Anakku sampai bilang *dokternya baik ya*. Terimakasih dok sudah melayani sepenuh hati dan banyak canda yang bikin anak tidak nangis dan asik.. Untuk gedung dan ruang tunggu si masih proses perbaikan.. jadi maklum, mungkin kalo sudah jadi gedung baru pasti akan lebih menyenangkan saat kedokter gigi anak ??
Experience in Muntilan Hospital because there is a Pediatric Dentist [Pedodontist]. The child has a toothache and must be treated by a pediatric dentist. I really like the treatment here, especially since this is a pediatric dentist who is close to where I live. The services of doctors, dental nurses, administration are very good, fast again. My son even said *the doctor is good huh*. Thank you doc for serving wholeheartedly and lots of jokes that make children not cry and have fun.. The building and waiting room are still being repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit daerah Kabupaten Magelang, lokasinya tidak jauh dari jalan Magelang-Jogja, lokasinya di Muntilan. Sekarang lagi ada perbaikan gedung bagian depan. Pelayanan poli klinik pindah belakang, masuk lewat gang sebelah mushola. Parkiran selalu penuh, antrean pendaftaran lama, antrean apotik lama, sabar-sabar saja kalau mau periksa disini. Pasien selalu ramai. Fasilitas lumayan bagus. Alhamdulillah rawat inap di bangsal flamboyan dokter dan perawat pelayanan baik semua. Tolong laboratorium Patologi diberi tempat duduk, saya mau ambil hasil pemeriksaan lab, nunggu satu jam, padahal tidak ada antrean, petugas datang telat, tidak ada tempat duduk. Semoga pelayanan dan fasilitas semakin ditingkatkan kedepannya, semangat maju terus RSUD Muntilan.

The parking lot is always full, the registration line is long, the pharmacy line is long, just be patient if you want to check here. Patients are always busy. Pretty good facilities. Alhamdulillah hospitalization in the flamboyant ward of doctors and nurses with good service. Please give the Pathology laboratory a seat, I want to take the results of the lab examination, wait an hour, even though there is no queue, the officer comes late, there is no seat. Hopefully services and facilities will be further improved in the future, keep moving forward at the Muntilan Hospital.
