SATPAM SANGAT TIDAK SOPAN. Tolong beri edukasi kepada satpam untuk menegur keluarga penunggu pasien dengan bahasa yang halus. Saya merasa sakit hati hanya karena salah jalan krn satpam yang berjaga sebelumnya mengarahkan sy lewat jalan itu, ketika ganti satpam dimarahin karena tidak melalui pintu yang benar. Selain itu saya mau ganti shift dgn ibu saya krn emg cuman kami berdua yg bisa menjaga bapak saya dimarahin karena saya masuk ruangan tanpa bawa kartu tunggu. Lha piye wong kartu tunggu dibawa ibu saya yg ada di ruangan.
SATPAM VERY IMPOSSIBLE. Please educate the security guard to reprimand the patient's waiting family in soft language. I felt hurt just because I went the wrong way because the security guard who was on duty earlier directed me through that road, when I changed the security guard, I was scolded for not going through the right door. Besides that, I want to change shifts with my mother because we are the only two who can take care of my father. I was scolded because I entered the room without a waiting card. Lha piye wong the waiting card was brought by my mother who was in the room.

Dulu pernah operasi di RS ini dan pelayanannya OK, kemarin kembali lagi untuk melahirkan di RS ini dengan pembayaran pribadi bukan dengan asuransi. Alhamdulilah proses melahirkan scr sc lancar karena ditangani oleh team yang handal mulai dari dokter sampai perawat operasinya. Tapi saya hanya puas oleh team operasi ya, Untuk pelayanan bangsal dan yang lain sangat2 kurang. Untuk kamar VIP sangat tidak layak disebut vip, sofa penunggu pasien sobek2, kasur pasien entah diganti sprei/tidak udah kumel, bed pasien ngga bisa di atur naik turun untung ada 1 perawat baik yang mau effort untuk gantikan bed saya. Selama saya di sana beberapa kali saya ditangani anak magang sendirian tanpa pendamping dan perawatnya tidak cukup membantu. Hari 1 setelah melahirkan suami saya sekitar jam 3 pagi mnta bantuan untuk menggantikan popok anak saya karena anak saya nangis terus, eh susternya ketus blg "makanya bapak belajar" bisa kali ya diganti pakai bahasa yang lebih baik, di hari ke 2 ada perawat mau kasih saya obat padahal belum jam saya minum obat. Cuma ada 2 perawat yang helpfull saya lupa namanya (gantikam saya bed dan yang bantu pakaikan gurita)sisanya yaa begitulah...di hari terakhir juga sempat konsultasi online dg dokter dan dokter mengizinkan ganti perban tapi dari pagi sampai sore tidak ada bidan yang menggantikan perban, diminta berkali2 hanya petugasnya cuma bilang "sebentar belum ada bidannya" sampai pergantian shift ga ada yg gantikan perban. bisa yaa dari pagi-sore ga ada bidan? Suami saya urus administrasi di poli anak dan disuruh ttd pinjam pulpen saja tidak boleh jadi harus beli sendiri di koperasi. Saatnya pulang, ngga ada 1 perawat yang datang ke kamar antar kursi roda di tanya baik2 sama suami saya jawabannya "kursi roda cari sendiri pak" astagaa...kita bayar umum aja di perlakukan seperti itu. Entah karena corona semua jadi self service atau bagaimana ya. Jujur saya kecewa pelayanan di BKIA menurun drastis. Semoga pasien2 lain bisa mendapat pelayanan yang lebih dan pantas dari pada yang saya alami.
I had surgery in this hospital and the service was OK, yesterday I came back to give birth at this hospital with personal payment, not insurance. Alhamdulilah, the process of giving birth by sc was smooth because it was handled by a reliable team from doctors to operating nurses. But I'm only satisfied by the operation team, yes, for the ward and other services, it's very lacking. For VIP rooms, it doesn't deserve to be called VIP, the patient's waiting sofa is torn, the patient's bed is either replaced with bed linen/not already worn out, the patient's bed can't be adjusted up and down, fortunately there is 1 good nurse who wants to make the effort to replace my bed. While I was there several times I was treated by an intern alone without an escort and the nurse was not helpful enough. Day 1 after giving birth my husband at around 3 am asked for help to change my child's diaper because my son was crying all the time, eh the nurse said "that's why you're learning" maybe you can change it to a better language, on the 2nd day a nurse wants to give you I take medicine even though it's not time for me to take medicine. There were only 2 helpful nurses I forgot their names (changed my bed and helped use the octopus) the rest was like that... on the last day I also had an online consultation with the doctor and the doctor allowed to change the bandage but from morning to evening there was no midwife to replace the bandage , asked many times only the officer just said "there is no midwife for a while" until the shift change no one changes the bandage. can there be no midwife from the morning? My husband took care of the administration at the children's poly and was told to just borrow pens, he couldn't buy them himself at the cooperative. It's time to go home, there isn't 1 nurse who comes to the room between wheelchairs and is asked nicely by my husband, the answer is "wheelchair, find yourself, sir." Gosh... we pay for the general treatment to be treated like that. I don't know because of corona, everything is self service or what. Honestly, I am disappointed that the service at BKIA has decreased drastically. Hopefully other patients can get more and more appropriate service than what I experienced.

pelayanan sebatas lumayan saja.. fasilitas untuk keluarga yg menunggu di dalam ruang rawat inap kelas 3 kok ga ada kursi untuk yg menunggu pasien? apakah yg nunggu pasien di sini harus berdiri sampai pasien dinyatakan boleh pulang? harusnya minimal ada 1 kursi untuk yg menunggu pasien.. semoga saja ada perbaikan kedepannya..
the service is limited to pretty good.. the facilities for families waiting in the class 3 inpatient room, why aren't there seats for those waiting for patients? Does the patient waiting here have to stand until the patient is declared to be allowed to go home? there should be at least 1 chair for those waiting for patients.. hopefully there will be improvements in the future..

Sedikit review ya, meskipun nanti hanya di bls MOHON WA KE NOMOR BAGIAN HUMASNYA TANPA ADA PERBAIKAN APA APA Depan tempat fisioterapi tempat biasa pasien pasien dijemput, apakah satu arah? Atau 2 arah? Ada rambunya? TIDAK ada petugasnya? TIDAK ada yang masuk mau terus dikiranya satu arah, tp setelah belok ada yang parkir. Harus mundur lagi untuk bisa keluar. Apakah membahayakan? IYA harus mundur sampai jalan. Dokter poli datang terlambat sudah biasa. Telat 10 atau 30 menit? Bukan, tapi mundur 1 s.d 2 jam. Pasien tidak diberitahu sama sekali, tanpa diberi keterangan apa apa. RS swasta dengan harapan pasien lebih mendapatkan pelayanan daripada di negeri. Namun mendapatkan sebaliknya. Mohon diperbaiki.

well this hospital actually have a good potential, i mean the doctors, staff, and cleaning services is very polite imo, good service, good at working, good perfomance, and good grooming, that thing makes me comfort, but only one complain for me, it is the parking area, the parking area need to install some kind of canopy or something like that to cover the all parking area so it can cover motorcycles from sunlight and rain
