★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat memudahkan pasien yang ingin berobat baik umum ataupun BPJS dilayani dengan sama tidak ada pembeda, jika ada masalah administrasi juga di bantu dan di jelaskan cara mengatasinya dan tetap di layani dengan baik. Semoga bisa menjadi RS yang lebih maju dan lebih baik lagi.
 It is very easy for patients who want to seek treatment, both general and BPJS, to be served equally, there is no difference, if there are administrative problems, they are also assisted and explained how to overcome them and continue to be served properly. Hopefully it can be a hospital that is more advanced and better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk.. IGD tidak ada yg tunggu sama sekali, pasien mau daftar tidak ada pegawai. Dokter cuma ada 1, pasien IDG disuruh tunggu dokter yang sedang visit. Memangnya RS Padma Lalita tidak ada bisa merekrut karyawan lagi? Atau tidak mampu membayar gaji karyawan? Ini tempat fasilitas umum lho, RUMAH SAKIT itu tempat yang banyak dibutuhkan masyarakat tetapi kenapa pelayanan seperti ini????
Bad service.. There is no emergency room waiting at all, the patient wants to register, there are no employees. There is only 1 doctor, IDG patients are told to wait for a doctor who is visiting. Is it true that Padma Lalita Hospital can't recruit any more employees? Or unable to pay employee salaries? This is a public facility, you know, a HOSPITAL is a place that people need a lot but why is this kind of service????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk tempat saya rasa cukup nyaman karena tidak ramai..namun untuk bagian pelayanan tolong diperbaiki,mulai dr tlp bagian tensi sampai dokter nya,kita kesini karena sakit, jadi tolong untuk lebih responsif lagi, segera!! jangan membuat pasien menunggu sedangkan perawat guyon..
As for the place, I think it's quite comfortable because it's not crowded.. but for the service department, please fix it, starting from the telephone tension section to the doctor, we are here because we are sick, so please be more responsive, immediately!! Don't make the patient wait while the nurse jokes..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman terburuk... Kami jugaa tenaga kesehatan. Melihat pelayanan seperti itu sangat tidak memuaskan, ruangan tidak begitu bersih, tapi untuk segi lingkungan mendukung
Kami datang untuk berobat, kami pun pakai umum.. dan itu pun enggak murah..
Mohon diperbaiki cara kerja karyawan ? untuk instalasi gizi juga mohon diperbaiki
Semakin banyak orang ngasih bintang 5 semakin dipercaya pelayanan RS.. dan sebaliknya ? Salam Sehat

Please fix the way employees work ? for the nutrition installation, please fix it too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 8 pagi anter simbah ke poli umum, nunggu hampir setengah jam lebih yg meriksa mba² perawat nya aja, ga diperiksa DOKTER nya, ZONK mbuh dokter e ra ono !
Tau² disuruh nebus resep obat di apotek, LAH DOKTER BLM DATENG MRIKSA TRUS ITU YG NULIS RESEP OBAT SIAPA ???
Anjir lah ga bakal kesini lagi
