β β β β β Yangkung pernah dirawat di sini, pelayanan ramah, tempatnya bersih, jumlah kamar terus bertambah, tapi parkirnya jauh dan muter-muter, apalagi jalan pulangnya.

β β β β β ngantri pengambilan obat lama banget, 2 jam. tidak sesuai antrian. tidak ada nomor antrian pengambilan obat. masa bisa duluan yang jauh lebih baru ngasihkan resep.

β β β β β Hati hati di rumah sakit ini, tanya dulu habis berapa.. kuli bangunan saya jatuh dari ketinggian 3 meter, tiba tiba menyarankan operasi. Saya coba cari 2nd opinion teman dokter lainnya semua menyarankan tidak perlu operasi cukup di gips saja. Namun karena kuli disarankan oleh pihak RS utk tetap operasi akhirnya operasi.. di awal Pas ditanya biaya 3.5 jutaan .. ternyata selepas operasi biaya 12 juta... Gak masuk akal untuk operasi patah/retak tulang kaki bagian tumit...

β β β β β 2x berobat disini kecewa trus,yg pertama pasien malem malem disuruh pulang trus yang kedua mentang mentang hari minggu pasien pulang ga dikasih kursi roda mana dilantai dua masih lemes disuruh jalan sampe depan, perawatnya juga bicara pake nada tinggi belum lg sinis
2x treatment here, disappointed and then, the first patient was told to go home at night then the second one was just Sunday the patient came home not given a wheelchair which was on the second floor still weak told to walk up to the front, the nurse also spoke in a high tone, not yet cynical

Maaf sebelumnya, saya cuma menyampaikan sedikit keluhan, entah kenapa pegawai2nya makin kesini makin menurun kinerjanya terutama satpam, dan petugas pendaftaran.. Kalo bisa sebaiknya informasi setiap poli itu jg di pahami dan di ketahui petugas satpam dan pendaftaran, (belajar berkomunikasi yg baik dan jelas) atau bagus juga kalo di taruh informasi penting yg kiranya perlu di ketahui pasien di dinding informasi atau di papan jadwal dokter poli (kuota pasien misalnya) biar gak bolak balik dan bikin bingung, pasien dan pengantar.. Yaa kalo deket, kalo jauh? Dan kalo dah sepuh? Kan kasian, Fyi untuk poli mata saat pendaftaran katanya hrs fingerprint jd harus beserta dengan pasiennya.. Dah pokoknya saran masukan nya soal informasi aja itu tolong, maaf aja kalo manusia sifatnya lupa tapi kalo di tulis di tempel di papan bisa di baca semua orang, pasang di pintu yg depan ma belakang kalo perlu di dinding lobi pendaftaran dan loket obat. Drpd org ngantuk nunggu kan bisa bt baca2 tu informasi yg di tempel. Sekian, terimakasih dari saya pengantar pasien setia selama 3tahun yg melihat setiap perkembangan sampe sekarang baru ini saya ngeluh, Maaf
Tapi saya tetep salut sama petugas2 IGD dan dokter2nya terutama dr. Firman yg setia jaga kesehatan ibu saya 3thn ini terimakasih,

β β β β β Sangat buruk SDM nya khususnya utk tukang parkir dan satpamnya. Yang namanya orang lagi turunin pasien ke IGD kan pelan2 ya, dengan nada kerasnya ini udah disuruh cepet2 keluar aja disuruh parkir depan IGD yang notaben nya parkir utk dokter padahal kondisi rumah sakit pada saat tersebut sepi, mana kerja pegang hp terus. Boleh tegas tapi ya harus humanis juga gak usah sok-sok an lah. Untuk pelayanan administrasi dan dokter bagus.

Petugas (security) menjelaskan tentang aturan ditiadakannya jam besuk. Akhirnya cuma nitip makanan buat dianter ke bangsalnya.
Pas nunggu di ruang tunggu rawat jalannya juga tempatnya enggak panas dan bersih.
Semoga pelayanan sesuai dengan sarana prasarana yang sudah lumayan OK ini.
