Rumah sakit tentara ini fasilitasnya lengkap dan modern. Pelayanan staff baik, namun sebaiknya bisa ditingkatkan lagi. Disini juga melayani pasien umum.
This army hospital has complete and modern facilities. Staff service is good, but should be improved again. It also serves general patients.

Saya kalau enggak kelewatan juga gamau ngomong dengan nada tinggi Kesan pertama jelek , pas nganter ibu saya kontrol dan udah ambil obat nunggu aja mau 1jam Pas nama ibu saya sudah di panggil ternyata belum di siapin hlaa tadi ngapain ajaaa sumpaah lelet bangeeet Terus keduaa mau daftar online. Sudah jelasΒ² di whatsapp ada info BUKA : 10.00 - 19.00 terus ngapain daftar online nya baru di bacanya jam 7 malam nanti heeeee!!! Alesan e sibuk Telfon urgent lewat CS aja harus 2x duluu harusnya pelayanan masyarakat kan gercep!!

It's clear on whatsapp there is info OPEN: 10.00 - 19.00 so what's the point of registering online, just read it at 7 pm tonight hehe!!! The reason you are busy Urgent calls via CS only have to be 2x first, community service should be fast!!

Saya ingin mengajukan surat rujukan ke faskes tipe di atasnya.. Tetapi 4 kali sy daftar online untuk mendapatkan surat rujukan. 4kali juga dibalas bahwa dokternya tidak praktek.. Kl seperti ini mungkin akan banyak pasien yg pindah ke rumkit lain yang lebih bagus pelayannya.. Mhn untuk dibenahi.. Agar dapat menjadi rumah sakit yg bagus dlm pelayananny

Ketidak sinkronan jadwal,tertulis dlm BPJS 13.30 (Poli Anak)...setelah sampai lokasi ternyata praktek jam 11.30 Setelah sampe lokasi diarahkan daftar online di hari berikutnya...siang itu juga dapat balasan whatsapp..utk hadir jam 11.00 keesokan harinya. Pada hari yg ditentukan jam 11.00,menuju loket pendaftaran,tunjukin daftar online via WA..dikasih surat pengantar menuju poli Anak...dan TERNYATAAAAA....Poli Anak dokter praktek tutup,tidak praktek... Hellouw...bagian PENDAFTARAN...ngapain aja kerja nya ??? Kok kita diarahkan ke lantai 2,pdhl tidak ada praktek di Poli Anak...cilaka betul... benahi system kalo mau bagus,terima kritik dan saran,laksanakan apa yg menjadi kritikan...bangun,jangan tidur kalo mau LEBIH BAGUS DAN LEBIH BAIK...saingan RS banyak disekitar anda Hilang sudah rasa KEPERCAYAAN saya saat itu juga... Terimakasih dokter dan staf RADIOLOGI yg sudah membantu...
Schedule out of sync, written in BPJS 13.30 (Children's Police)...after arriving at the location it turned out to be practicing at 11.30 After arriving at the location, they were directed to register online the next day...that afternoon also received a whatsapp reply..to attend at 11.00 the next day. On the appointed day at 11.00, go to the registration counter, show the online registration via WA.. I was given a cover letter to the Children's Poly... Hellouw... the REGISTRATION section... what do you do with it??? How come we are directed to the 2nd floor, even though there is no practice at the Children's Poly... fix the system if you want it to be good, accept criticism and suggestions, do what is criticized... wake up, don't sleep if you want BETTER AND BETTER... there are many hospital competitors around you Lost my sense of TRUST right then and there... Thank you doctors and radiology staff for helping...

Pendaftaran untuk kontrol ke Dokter Spesialis lebih mudah , 1 hari sebelum kontrol tinggal WA dan dapat balasan plus langsung dapat nomer Antrian juga untuk kontrol besok. Biarpun antri banyak ,tapi termasuk cepat pelayanan di ruang kontrol pasien ?
Registration for control with a specialist doctor is easier, 1 day before control, just WA and get a reply plus you can directly get a queue number for tomorrow's control. Even though there are a lot of queues, it includes fast service in the patient control room ?

Pasien koma post kll tidak divisite dokter lebih dari 30 jam sampai akhirnya memutuskan pindah rs demi pelayanan yg lebih baik. Hasil ct scan padahal jelas perdarahan otak namun tidak ada tindak lanjut selain dibaringkan di icu dalam ketidakjelasan, itupun harus sampai keluarga yg proaktif bertindak meminta hasil ct scan. Sudah jelas2 RST TIDAK MAMPU MELAYANI karena nyatanya saat saudara sy dirawat disana tidak ada spesialis syaraf yg praktek dan DPJD juga tidak visite, namun pasien hanya dibaringkan saja dalam keadaan koma tanpa tindak lanjut yg jelas. Parahnya lagi sebagian petugas tidak ramah dan bahkan membentak melotot jika ditanya padahal kami pihak yg sudah sangat dirugikan dalam hal waktu dan tenaga. Prosedur sangat berbelit2, servis payah, namun mereka ANTIKRITIK. Ketika sy bertanya mengapa demikian petugas jawabnya : "Ya memang begitu prosedurnya" dengan KASAR tanpa adanya kata maaf sama sekali. Sejujurnya sy bukan tipe orang yg suka memberikan kritik di medsos, namun ya bagaimana lagi ketika petugas dikritik langsung jawabnya malah kasar begitu. Very very very POOR SERVICE bahkan dalam hal yg berkaitan dg NYAWA sekalipun. Memang ada benarnya ternyata issue2 yg beredar di masyarakat bahwa RST benar2 buruk, bahkan konon tidak semua nakes bekerja dgn surat izin yg aktif namun entah bgmn kebenarannya. Sy rasa bahkan masih jauh lebih baik pelayanan di klinik pratama ataupun swasta dibanding di RST krn setidaknya jika mereka tidak mampu menangani pasien mereka akan langsung merujuk ke faskes dgn sumber daya yg mumpuni, bukan malah membiarkan pasien perdarahan otak terbaring koma dalam ketidakjelasan. Semoga ke depan tidak ada lagi pasien yg mengalami hal yg sama seperti yg saudara saya alami. Terimakasih.
The post coma patient did not visit the doctor for more than 30 hours until he finally decided to move to the hospital for better service. The results of the ct scan even though it was clear that there was a brain hemorrhage, but there was no follow-up other than being placed in the ICU in obscurity, and even then, the family had to act proactively to ask for the results of the ct scan. It's clear that the RST is NOT ABLE TO SERVE because in fact when my brother was treated there there were no neurologists who practiced and the DPJD didn't visit either, but the patient was just laid down in a coma without clear follow-up. Worse yet, some of the officers were unfriendly and even snapped and glared when asked, even though we were the ones who had been greatly disadvantaged in terms of time and effort. The procedure is very convoluted, the service sucks, but they are ANTI-CRITICAL. When I asked why the officer said: "Yes, that's the procedure" RUDELY without any apology at all. To be honest, I'm not the type of person who likes to give criticism on social media, but how else when the officer is criticized, the answer is even rude. Very very very POOR SERVICE even in matters related to LIFE. It's true, it turns out that the issues circulating in the community are that RST is really bad, it's even said that not all health workers work with active licenses, but I don't know what the truth is. I think that the service at the primary or private clinic is still much better than at the RST because at least if they are not able to handle their patients they will immediately refer to health facilities with qualified resources, instead of letting brain bleeding patients lie in a coma in obscurity. Hopefully in the future there will be no more patients who experience the same thing as my brother experienced. Thanks.
