Sengaja kasih bintang 5 biar dibaca , pelayanan di rs ini sangat buruk , lelet , dari administrasi , kasir dan petugas swab pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan, pasien tidak banyak pada saat itu tetapi pelayanan lama dan petugas kasir jutek , apalagi pengambil sampel swab dibilang jangan terlalu dalam alasannya alatnya beda mana ada , yang ada nyiksa pasien bikin ngga nyaman, padahal yang di ambil sampel biasa ambil sampel swab dikira ngga tau prosedurnya?, dan kapok udah ke rs sini, setelah pengambilan sampel harusnya bisa ditinggal di email hasilnya ini nunggu dan admnya ditanya kagak jelas lagi apa gunanya minta kontak klo hrus nunggu ngga jelas disitu dan belom lagi bilanf sistem eror tidak masuk peduli lindungi , kapok deh , semoga lebih ditingkatkan lagi.

Pelayanan yg kurang bagus..pcr pertama kali untuk penerbangan ke medan..ternyata disahkan pisitif.ttpi saya kurang percaya saya tes antigen selepas 1 hari saya negatif..penerbangan saya dibatalkan..saya telepon pku jawaban kurang memuaskan..saya cuba telpin 089662806699 ga diangkat..kek mana tanggung jawab kalian..ini pelayan pku ya..saya rugi penerbangan..bisnis saya..waktu saya..pcr saya..antigen saya siapa yg tanggung..sedangkan saya sehat ga ada gejala apa2..sampai sekarang saya sehat..adik saya datangi ke pku jawabannnya pun kurang memuaskan..
The service was not good.. the first pcr for a flight to Medan.. it was confirmed positive. but I don't believe I did an antigen test after 1 day I was negative.. my flight was cancelled.. I called my phone, the answer was not satisfactory.. I tried to call 089662806699 it's not picked up.. Grandpa where is your responsibility.. this is my pku server.. i lost my flight.. my business.. my time.. until now I'm healthy.. my sister came to pku the answer was not satisfactory..

Pertama kali sini nunggu pasien rawat inap Pelayanan perawat bagus dan cukup cekatan,meski ad 1 2 yg masih kurang dan perlu banyak blajar dr pengalaman...bagian satpam sangat membantu sekali.. Meski pasien lewat jalur KIS tp pelayanannya cukup memuaskan mnurut opini saya.. Klo bisa terus lebih baik lg... Terimakasih utk dr mahmud yg bisa bikin pasien tetap smart n g nervous ????????
First time here waiting for inpatients. The nurse service is good and quite agile, although there are 1 2 that are still lacking and need a lot to learn from experience... the security guard is very helpful.. Even though the patient goes through the KIS route, the service is quite satisfactory in my opinion. . If it can continue to be better... Thank you to Dr. Mahmud who can make patients stay smart and not nervous ????????

Periksa pertama pagi hospitalitynya bagus ada salam assalamualaikum dan semua pegawai ramah. Tapi saat periksa kedua 180 derajat. dijanjikan dokter nurmara hari kamis sore jam 4 tapi tidak ada jadwal beliau, tidak ada salam, dan bagian pendaftaran juga tidak ramah dan tidak ada kata maaf karena kesalahan mereka.

Tetep saya kasih bintang 5,,tp ada sedikit kritik untuk pku, karena sayang Pelayanan sebenarnya baik Kadang komunikasi kurang bagus. Apakah tidak ada komunikasi ttg pergantian perawat ke pasien? Gift pasien tidak diberi sabun & buku doa.mohon untuk di cek dulu. Kondisi Seprei,perlak, bantal dan selimut sudah sangat memprihatinkan. Tolong diperhatikan. Untuk dipan tidur penunggu pasien di ruang vip tidak nyaman,njeglong bikin boyok'en. Ibu saya tdr semalam paginya langsung pijat. Karena boyoken'e. Mohon diganti biar lebih layak. Kursi penunggu sudah rusak di bagian sandarannya. Mohon untuk diperbaiki. Dimeja bagian bawah ada rumah laba2, Lemari sudah mulai rusak. Kebersihan lantai sudah bersih. Sukses terus ya untuk pku, terima kasih yaa. Untuk pelayanan nya selama mondok di pku muhammadiyah skh

Salah satu Rumah Sakit Swasta yang ada di Sukoharjo (dibawah ortom Muhammadiyah) melayani pasien asuransi maupun mandiri. Lokasi agak masuk dari jalan raya, tempat parkir cukup untuk kendaraan roda 2 dan 4. Dokter, perawat dan tenaga medis yang lain memberikan layanan drngan cukup baik. Sebenarnya secara keseluruhan pelayanan sudah cukup baik, hanya 1 saja yang kurang Mohon diperhatikan untuk mengganti sprei pasien setiap hari atau minimal 2 hari sekali (untuk selimut tidak perlu setiap hari) sepertinya ini adalah salah satu hal yang krusial yang kurang diperhatikan padahal sangat penting untuk kebersihan dan kesehatan pasien. Untuk kamar VIP (lantai 4) sudah disediakan bed penunggu pasien, kulkas, almari, kamar mandi dan teko listrik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air panas (jadi g perlu bawa termos dari rumah lagi)

Pertama kali periksa ke pku muhammadiyah sangat kecewa saya hanya batuk berdahak biasa, periksa ke pku malah didiagnosis kena covid, dan disuruh tes antigen dan foto torax. Habis 500rbu lebih. Padahal ibu mertua saya asma dan batuk berdahak periksa sore hari sebelumnya hanya di uap dan dikasih obat selesai. Buruk sangat buruk rumah sakit hanya mengutamakan keuntungan saja, kalau mau maju contohlah rs nirmala suri yg selalu mengutamakan kepuasaan pasien. Masa iya beda dokter beda pelayanan dan seperti tidak punya SOP
