★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit nya rapi,bersih,dokter ramah.. recomend,untuk kedepannya mohon di perhatikan lagi apabila memberikan surat kontrol lanjutan suster untuk melakukan pengecekan tanggal dokter pada hari tersebut ada jadwal praktek tidak. Hari Minggu atau tanggal merah juga tolong diperhatikan,untung saya chat ke cs dulu ternyata hari ini dokter Agus tidak ada jadwal praktek.
Kasihan pasien yang lain jika sudah datang ke RS ternyata dokter tidak praktek

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali datang ke RS Indriati, saya sangat terkesan dengan kebersihan lokasinya, pelayanan CS yg ramah dan sangat terorganisir dengan baik.
Saya konsul di obgyn dokter Indra yg begitu friendly, sabar dan detail menjelaskan permasalahan pasien.
So far ini the best hospital in Boyolali, sangat recommended, alhamdulillah deket rumah juga ??
It was the first time I came to Indriati Hospital, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the location, friendly CS service and very well organized.
I am the consul at the obgyn doctor Indra who is very friendly, patient and detailed in explaining the patient's problems.
So far this is the best hospital in Boyolali, highly recommended, thank God it's close to home too ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan. Saya daftar ke poli gigi via online dan daftar ulang di mesin anjungan mandiri pd pkl 9.00 serta mendapat antrean no 4. Sampai dengan pkl 11.00 baru antrean no 2 yang terpanggil ke dalam poli. Yang saya sesalkan, kenapa info antrean yang masuk poli tidak diinformasikan ke pasien lain yang sedang menunggu? Saya tanya petugas admin tidak mengetahui sudah antrean ke berapa karena berkas rekam medik sudah masuk ruangan dalam poli. Taruh saja layar yang menampilkan jumlah antrean seperti yang ada di bank sehingga pasien dapat memperkirakan jam berapa bisa masuk ruangan poli. Bagus lagi kalau pasien yang akan datang bisa dijadwalkan nomor antrean dan perkiraan waktu kedatangan sehingga tidak perlu menunggu lama mengingat masih pandemi. Seakan-akan pendaftaran via online itu percuma.
Service needs to be improved. I registered to the dental poly online and re-registered at the standalone pavilion machine at 9.00 am and got line number 4. Until 11.00, only line number 2 was called to the poly. What I regret, why is the queue information entering the poly not informed to other patients who are waiting? I asked the admin officer, they didn't know how long the queue was because the medical record file had already been entered into the poly room. Just put a screen that shows the number of queues like the one at the bank so that patients can estimate what time they can enter the poly room. It's even better if future patients can be scheduled for queue numbers and estimated arrival times so there's no need to wait long considering it's still a pandemic. As if registration via online is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital deserves zero star for their antigen services (luckily google is kind for u) so at least u got a star from me. Takes longer time, indecent place for test (taking sample), and zero accessibility (they will said peduli lindungi app is under maintenance, they won't send the result through whatsapp, and the result is printed (1-2 hours). This service cost you like IDR 99K, when other antigen providers will only cost u about IDR 40-90K with absolutely better services.
