Terakhir kali saya membawa keluarga berobat kesini tgl 2 sd 6 Des 2021. Lingkungannya bersih, perawatnya ramah2, & pelayanannya memuaskan. Satu saran saya, mohon pihak rumah sakit unt menutup saluran air yg ada di parkiran mobil sebelah barat ( dg tralis besi) Karna klo malam hari tdk begitu terlihat jelas, apalagi saat gerimis / hujan. kebetulan saya kemarin jatuh terperosok kesitu, alhamdulillah kaki jadi bengkak & jd susah unt jalan hehe... Matur Nuwun...
The last time I brought my family for treatment here was from 2 to 6 Dec 2021. The environment is clean, the nurses are friendly, & the service is satisfying. My one suggestion, ask the hospital to close the water channel in the west car park (with iron railings) because at night it's not very clear, especially when it's drizzling/raining. Coincidentally yesterday I fell down there, thank God my feet became swollen & it was difficult to walk hehe... Thank you...

Untuk pelayanan mohon selalu di tingkat kan Tolong diperbaiki sistem pendaftaran online via website sering error' padahal udah 2 tahun terdaftar no rekam medik nya

Alhamdulillah sangat memuaskan pelayanan di Rs umi barokah...pegawai bagian pendafataran,kasir,satpam,poli,,,semua ramah...apalagi Dr Adrianes yg sangat ramah dg pasienya,,,semoga semakin sukses...Aamiin

layqnan mletre....... jadwal kontrol jam 13.00 tp nunggu sampai jam 15.30 belum d mulai pemeriksaan dengan dqlih ada oprasi....... apa anda tidak memikirkan pasien yg kontrol nunggu ber jam2.... bahkan sampai 3 x periksa klu mmang oprasi silahkan pikirkqn pasien kontrol anda.....jangan mentang2 mwmbutuh kan trus anda se enak nya menyuruh menunggu...... ad jadwal oprasi dan jadwal kontrol apsien......selahkqn anda yg memikirkan karna anda yg membuat jadwal....dan jangan anda rugikan yg hanya kontrol dan harus berjam2 menunggu

Cukup baguslah untuk sekelas rumah sakit swasta yang lg berbenah untuk.menjd lebih baik , tapi yg lebih penting diperhatikan adalah tempat parkir bagi prmbesuk maupun yang akan periksa jarak ke pelayanan sm tempat parkir bagi saya jauh hrs Berputar berjalan kaki repotnya kalau hujan .harusnya pintu yang dekat tempat parkir karyawan rmh sakit dibuka.untuk.umum bukan mlh ditutup biar pembesuk ataupun orang yg mau periksa lebih nyaman tidak.jauhΒ² berjalan berputar

The door should be the same door near the parking lot for the hospital employees, it's open. Saya lahiran anak pertama disini, rencananya sih tidak di umi barokah tapi uasia kandungan blm mencukupi jadi harus ke rs. Dan paling dekat ya umi barokah. Karena saya pakai biaya umum, jadi yaa cak cek pelayanan nya. Usia kehamilan 33 minggu terpaksa harus dilahirkan. Perawat suntak suntik tanpa memberi tahu saya apa yg mereka suntik kan ke tubuh saya. Akhirnya anak saya lahir secara normal. Dan lgsg dirawat di ruang perinatologi. Dan paling kasihan, baju" bayinya jelek" dan terlihat usang sekali. Seperti sudah bertahun" tidak di ganti yg baru. Kasian saya melihat anak saya. Asi yg saya setor setiap hari buat anak saya, utuh tanpa dikasih ke bayi saya. Padahal saya pumping susah payah, nganter ke rs bolak balik. Haduuuh saran saya benar" diperbaiki pelayanan, fasilitas, dll yaa - Baju bayi diruang perinatologi diganti yg baru" doong kasian bayi" kami - timbangan bayi yg di poliklinik diganti yg digital laah, masa masih pakai yg manual - timbangan orang dewasa juga Jangan hanya membangun" yg terlihat mewah diluar. Tapi perbaiki juga fasilitas dan pelayanan yg di dalam rumah sakit

Huuuuh, my advice is correct" the service, facilities, etc., should be improved - The baby's clothes in the perinatology room are replaced with new ones "please feel bad for our baby" - The baby scales at the polyclinic have been replaced with digital ones, are you still using the manual one? - adult scales too Don't just build something that looks luxurious on the outside. But also improve the facilities and services inside the hospital

Mohon untuk bagian pelayanan farmasi penyerahan/pengambilan/peracikan obat rawat jalan Jangan terlalu lama. menunggu obat saja hampir 2jam lebih baru dapat panggilan, di tempat lain gak ada satu jam aja sudah selesai. Tolong di tambah apoteker nya
Please, for the pharmacy service division, the delivery/collection/compounding of outpatient drugs should not be too long. Just waiting for medicine for almost 2 hours before getting a call, in other places it's not even an hour it's over. Please add the pharmacist
