β β β β β Rs yg tidak recomended... udah jauh jauh kata nya jam besuk sampe jam 21.30 tp saya sampe situ jam 21.30 kurang. Pengunjung lain boleh masuk kenapa saya tidak di perbolehkan masuk? Satpam nya pilih pilih... tidak selalu mengecek yg datang dan pergi... apes nya saya dan suami aja g di perbolehkan untuk masuk.. semoga kedepan nya bisa lebih bijak!!!!
Rs which is not recommended... it's already far away, they say visiting hours are up to 21.30 but I got there at 21.30 less. Other visitors may enter why am I not allowed to enter? The security guard is picky... don't always check what's coming and going... sadly, my husband and I are not allowed to enter... hopefully in the future we can be wiser!!!!

β β β β β Dalam keadaan gawat darurat kluarga itu panik malah perawat santai kluarga pasien di sengaki. Untuk yg diplot di ruang Sadewa masih muda2 perawatny silahkan dievaluasi.
Kasian jika mnimpa oranglain. Untuk kritikan mnjadi lbih baik lagi. Trimakasih

β β β β β Daftar kontrol H-1, sengaja bangun jam 12 malam buat dftat online biar dapat nmer antrian awal...jadwal dokter tertera jam 6 pagi,brangkat dr rumah jam 05.25...estimasi waktu dilayani jam 06.02...tp sampe jam 7.30 jg blm mulai apa"....kecewanya karna tdk sesuai jadwal,disini jg harus ninggalin bayi lama" Jg rasanya tdk nyaman

Control list H-1, intentionally woke up at 12 pm to register online so we can get the initial queue number... the doctor's schedule is listed at 6 am, leaves from home at 05.25... estimated time to be served is 06.02... but until 7.30 too Haven't started yet.... Disappointed because it doesn't go according to schedule, here you have to leave the old baby too" Also it feels uncomfortable

β β β β β Petugas farmasi sangat ramah dan komunikatif.. Soal menunggu obat itu hal yang lumrah, karena saya yakin petugas menyiapkan dan mengecek obat perlu kehati-hatian..gak papa menunggu asal aman dan saya biar segera sembuh..
Pharmacists are very friendly and communicative.. The matter of waiting for drugs is a common thing, because I believe officers prepare and check medicines need caution.. it's okay to wait as long as it's safe and I'll get well soon..

5 days my child draws here because DB is in Arjuna's ward. All nurses...friendly..nice polite....
Cleanliness is well maintained

Perawat ini dia tahu attitudenya.,sehingga membuat nyaman pasien dan keluarganya
Inilah yang nantinya jadi sebuah kesan dan akan diingat pasien serta keluarganya..

There was 1 nurse there during my experience, I'm grateful..
This nurse knows her attitude, so that it makes patients and their families comfortable
This is what will become an impression and will be remembered by the patient and his family.
You will meet the POINTS for this nurse if there are new patients there..
This will be a future view for other nurses and does not demand the possibility of being your obligation from what you all have learned
so it doesn't have to be with the nurse that we (patients) get the proper service from the hospital BUT we can find it in you
we hope so
