★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punya pengalaman yang kurang enak ketika meminta surat rujukan ke rumah sakit, katanya sistemnya lagi error, yang terakhir minta surat rujukan h-2 ketika mau diambil ternyata belum jadi. Tanpa ada konfirmasi, padahal sudah mencantumkan nomor telepon. Ada petugas yang kurang ramah, cenderung ketus seakan meremehkan pasien. Semoga lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya... ???
 Had an unpleasant experience when asking for a referral letter to a hospital, he said the system was in error again, the last one asking for a referral letter h-2 when he wanted to take it turned out not to be done. Without any confirmation, even though it has included a phone number. There are officers who are less friendly, tend to be curt as if they underestimate the patient.
