★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau buat SKCK. Di website POLRI tertulis foto hanya 4x6 sebanyak 6 lembar dengan background merah. Eeh, pas dateng dimintai foto 3x4. Formulir aja pake bara segala. Apakah ini termasuk pungli terselubung? Saya mau lapor ke pihak istana negara agar menertibkan yg seperti ini. ?? Mohon maaf ya pak, saya kasih bintang 1 dulu. Saya belum puas dengan pelayanan yg diberikan. ??
 I want to make SKCK. On the POLRI website it is written only 4x6 photos of 6 sheets with a red background. Well, when I was asked for a 3x4 photo. Just use all the forms. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya memperpanjang SKCK tiap tahun. Tiada perubahan dalam pelayaran malah lebih baik, cepat dan ringkas. Pelayananya ramah. Tidak ada indikasi pungli krn semua tertera harga di kertas.
Jadi ga mau pindah propinsi jika pelayanan masyarakat jujur seperti ini. Majulah Jawa Tengah!
I renew SKCK every year. There is no change in the voyage is better, faster and more concise. Friendly waitress. There is no indication of extortion because all prices are printed on the paper.
So don't want to move provinces if community service is honest like this. Forward Central Java!

SKCK parking must be outside the police area, the police are not friendly when ordering parking, the SKCK officers are indifferent not really serving. Not satisfied with the service

6. Sediakan uang tunai 3000 rupiah utk beli form biodata di koperasi polres(wajib)
Petugas tidak ramah. Nanya baik2 karna sy kurang pas photo malah dibentak, tapi okelah banyak juga yg ramah

4. Pas foto 4x6, 6 lembar (baju rapi berkerah, background merah)
Note:
1. Bawa alat tulis sendiri (Pulpen)
2. Siapkan uang 30 ribu untuk biaya pembuatan + 5 ribu untuk beli blanko sidik jari bagi yg belum punya
3. Untuk legalisir nanti tinggal fotocopy dulu skcknya di koperasi polres
3. Pakai pakaian sopan & bersepatu

Notes:

Tempatnya luas, namun sayangnya tempat seluas itu tidak memfasilitasi area parkir untuk rakyat sipil
Pada gerbang masuk/ entrance pengunjung dihimbau utk mencuci tangan serta mengisi daftar hadir (tergantung yg piket jaga sih kadang iya kadang enggak/ tidak konsisten)
Untuk mengurus skck baru, semua manual bund
-Pemohon skck mengisi daftar TIK yang sudah disediakan (bawalah alat tulis pribadi)
- lalu mengurus cap sidik jari di bagian belakang gedung (beli formulir dulu seharga 3 ribu di koperasi, lalu isi formulir, menyerahkan pas foto 3x4 2 lembar dan cap jari dibantu oleh petugas, kemudia diberikan hasil utk diserahkan ke bag skck di depan)
- serahkan form TIK, hasil cap sidik jari, dan berkas2 berupa FC KTP, FC KK, FC AKTE, dan pas foro 4x6 4 lembar
- biaya skck baru 30 ribu rupiah (bawalah uang pas atau petugas akan menyuruhmu menukar uang kecil)
- petugas kemudian akan menyuruh memeriksa data diri sebelum dicetak
- dan voila, skck mu siap dalam sekejap
- boleh legalisir maksimal 10 lembar, tapi fotokopi sendiri (saya kurang tau info tempat fotokopi terdekat)
Overall, cukup memuaskan
Tapi butuh sosialisasi ya biar nggak muter2 dan gedeg sendiri
Location is easy to find
The place is spacious, but unfortunately that wide area does not facilitate parking areas for civilians
At the entrance gate, visitors are encouraged to wash their hands and fill out the attendance list (depending on the person on duty, sometimes yes, sometimes not/inconsistent)
To take care of the new skck, all manual bund
-The applicant must fill out the list of ICTs that have been provided (bring personal stationery)
- then take care of fingerprints at the back of the building (buy the form first for 3 thousand at the cooperative, then fill out the form, submit 2 pieces of 3x4 photos and the fingerprint is assisted by the officer, then the results are given to be submitted to the skck bag in front)
- submit the ICT form, fingerprint results, and files in the form of FC KTP, FC KK, FC AKTE, and 4 x 4 passport photos
- the new skck fee is 30 thousand rupiah (bring the right money or the officer will tell you to exchange small money)
- the officer will then ask to check the personal data before printing
- and voila, your skck is ready in no time
- can legalize a maximum of 10 sheets, but photocopy yourself (I don't know about the nearest photocopying location)
Overall, quite satisfactory
But you need socialization, so you don't play and grow yourself
