Antrean online bpjs cuma di-set 1 loket admisi, padahal ada loket khusus yg harus fingerprint (mayoritas pasien lansia) tapi ga di-setting
 There is no manual/bpjs queue at counter 3, which makes it chaotic.
The online bpjs queue is only set to 1 admission counter, even though there is a special counter that requires a fingerprint (the majority of elderly patients) but it is not set

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih suasana covid apalagi ada varian baruuu eee ini orang negok satu rt dibawaaaa , apa lagi kalo sakit ditengok banyak ora apa gak kasian yg satu ruangannnn ? Harusnya petugas rumah sakit bisa dong membatasiii jumlah orang yg jengukkk biar pasiennn juga enakkk nyaman terus gak was was giniii . Mohon dongg petugasnya lebih di awasi lagi apalagi masih covid giniiii

Dan sy datang berobat sendiri Tdk d antar, karena sy tidak ingin ada kluster keluarga.. setelah d periksa sy d kasih tau perawat kalo harus ada lampiran FC KTP dan sy d suruh untuk keluar FC KTP.. yang bener aja, sy Terkonfirm + covid tp sama perawat masih d suruh keluar untuk FC,Dimana keadaan sy saat itu sangat2 pusing dan lemas, padahal sy liat d ruang perawat tsb sy liat ad print dan mas2 perawat tsb meminta sy untuk mengirim foto KTP via wa.. knp Tidak d printkan disitu dan malah sy ttp diminta untuk keluar FC ? Kalo sprti itu apa ga semakin mubal nihh virus covidnyaa...
I am confirmed +covid with symptoms of cough, dizziness, weakness. And I came for treatment myself. I didn't deliver, because I didn't want a family cluster.. after checking, I told the nurse that there must be an attachment for the FC ID card and I was told to leave the FC ID card.. that's right, I confirmed + covid but the nurse was still told to leave for the FC, where was my condition at that time very dizzy and weak, even though I saw the nurse's room, I saw the ad print and the nurse asked me to send a photo of my ID via wa... why didn't it print it there and instead I was asked to leave FC? If it's like that, isn't it getting sicker with the covid virus...
