★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit ini sangat ngawur. Bagi para calon pasien di Rs ini saya harap ga usah kesini deh kalau mau berobat. Saya periksa tulang belum ketemu dokternya sudah di paksa operasi sama perawatnya. Jadi ga jelas operasi tindakannya gmn gmn asal asalan operasinya dan hasilnya kacau. Padahal tuh yg operasi dr ortopedi RSUD.tidak ada visit dokter penjelasan dokter setelah operasi tidak ada. Bagi masyarakat yg ingin da tindakan operasi tulang atau operasi yg lain saya sarankan jgn di Rs ini.
 This hospital is very inconsequential. For prospective patients at this Rs, I hope you don't have to come here if you want to get treatment. I checked the bones, I haven't found the doctor, I've been forced to operate by the nurse. So it is not clear how the operation is done, how come the origin of the operation and the results are chaotic. Even though there was no doctor's visit, there was no doctor's explanation after surgery. For people who want to perform bone surgery or other operations I recommend not at this Rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama pelayanan nya,perawat gak ada yg kontrol ke ruang perawatan sampai-sampai infus habis perawat gak tau beda di RS lain perawat masih mau kontrol pasien buat cek air infus masih ada atau tidak,kain sprei bekas pasien yg sdh pulang pun tidak diganti cm dirapikan asal-asalan... kemarin saya dirawat di sana sampai darah naik keselang infus dikarenakan air infus hbs... Kita mau pengajuan buat klaim salfus(asuransi) di tolak dgn alasan pasien sdh pulang & sdh hangus asuransi nya pdhl baru 2hr dirawat... Sangat parah pelayanan nya menurut saya,menghambat pasien kalau mau klaim asuransi

We want to submit a claim for salfus (insurance) which was rejected on the grounds that the patient had gone home & had forfeited his insurance even though he had only been treated for 2 days. .. The service is very bad in my opinion, it prevents patients from claiming insurance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadwal dokter spesialis di sini hampir semuanya di sore hari, paling awal jam 2 siang. Tergantung dokter spesialisnya apa.
Kekurangan yg sempat saya alami ketika di sini adalah, fasilitas kamar mandi pasien. Pintunya rusak, dan waktu itu airnya keruh.
Meski jadwal kunjung sudah ditentukan, tapi pihak rumah sakit tidak tegas kepada orang yang menjenguk. Penjenguk seperti bebas keluar masuk rumah sakit. Ini bisa jadi kekurangan tapi juga bisa kelebihan bagi penjenguk.
Parkirnya bayar 2.000. Kalau misal sebagai pihak keluarga yang nunggu, bolak balik keluar masuk rumah sakit bisa tekor. Tapi tinggal bilang aja sama tukang parkirnya kalo sedang nunggu pasien. Dia tidak akan meminta bayaran parkir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah cek trombosit disini perawat yg ambil darah sangat2 mengecewakan,masa sampe berapa kali tusuk baru kena, stelah sampai rumah saya cek bagian lengan atas saya ada bercak darah didalam kulit, entah pembuluh darahnya pecah atau apa.. Yg jelas saat ambil darah emang sakit banget. Suami saya aja ngeluh,
. Belum pernah d ambil darahnya semenyakitkan itu, khawatir saya krna Perawatnya nggak kompeten
petugas IGD juga nggak banget, di IGD itu ya mbok ditutup pintunya, lengan saya kan mau dibuka2 buat ambil darah, masa pintunya dibuka lebar2 kayak gitu,kalau sumuk ya pake AC nya lah (kalau ada)
saya muslimah! aurat saya keliatan dong dari luar, itu kaca juga transparan, mbok suruh masuk ruang IGD dalam meriksanya, meskipun hanya ambil sampel darah
Katanya RUmah sakit Islam pelayanannya nggak mencerminkan Islam tuh, Nyesel banget deh periksa disini..
