However, the apartment is strategically located in the center of Jakarta Barat, near by the shopping malls.

Very responsive engineering team. Once I have plumbing problem at 1am in the morning, they got to my unit less than 10 mins, and solve the problem less than half an hour.
The facility is modest. Small fitness centre, around 6m x6m size. The pool is great around 15-20m long and 5m wide. They clean it regularly more often than not the water clarity is good.
The minimarket is quite small with limited choice of goods. There's 2 laundry mart available.
The parking space is quite small, you need to find a substitute parking space on backside of the building if all spaces are occupied, which is not gated. But that's only on late night when all residents are parked.
Package delivery post is good. Food and fresh item delivery can be delivered to lobby reception. All other are on the B1 post. For 2 years only once they miswritten the unit number.
For food delivery the driver parking lot to lobby reception is like less than 30 meter walk. Do mind they only give 6 minutes free park for motorcycle, and 7 minutes for cars. I think 10 minutes for both is better.
