Langganan pakai BPJS di klinik ini. Walaupun pakai BPJS pelayanannya prima dan ga keluar uang sepeserpun. Selain itu juga ada dokter giginya jadi ga repot2 dirujuk ke rs atau puskesmas. Masih kurang? Dia juga ada cabang di srengseng junction yang bisa juga pake BPJS klinik taman anggrek. pasienya lebih sedikit terutama di dokter giginya. Jadi ga usah kelamaan waiting list.

Pelayanan dokter gigi khusus peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Klinik Taman Anggrek sangat buruk, padahal kita sudah membuat janji 2bulan sebelumnya, namun pas hari H nya, dokter belum datang alasannya masih diperjalanan, padahal saya sudah standby 30menit sebelum jamnya dan karena sudah lewat 30menit dari jam yang seharusnya akhirnya saya minta dibuatkan janji lagi (seperti biasa harus menunggu 2bulan lebih lagi), sempat petugas/perawatnya minta saya datang lagi siang atau sore, tapi saya sebagai karyawan tidak bisa meninggalkan tempat kerja semaunya apalagi kerja sama orang. Walau terkesan gratis tapi kita kan membayar tiap bulan tagihan BPJS Kesehatan tsb. Kita juga ada urusan dan kesibukan lain. Kenapa sepertinya kita yang harus maaf "mengemis" untuk mendapat pelayanan dokter gigi tsb. Kejadian ini sudah 2x, karena 2bulan yang lalu juga begitu harus menunggu lama karena dokternya belum datang, dan karena lama saya tinggal, tapi setelah balik sudah panjang antriannya, padahal tidak sampai 30menit, sampai akhirnya harus menunggu hampir 2jam baru dapat antrian. Kesal jadinya, coba kalau dokternya ontime kan tidak begini. karena kalau dokternya telat mengakibatkan jalur antrian menjadi berantakan, yang tadinya jam11 karena dokternya baru datang jam12, sedangkan yang janjian jam12.30 harus menunggu jam13.30 dan seterusnya. Pelayanan berbeda bila tanpa menggunakan kartu BPJS, bisa langsung atau instant tanpa janjian karena mereka membayar. Tolong donk, dokternya lebih displin waktunya dan jangan pilih kasih, agar kami peserta bpjs tidak dirugikan.

It gets annoyed, try if the doctor is ontime, it's not like this. because if the doctor is late, the queue line becomes messy, which was 11 hours because the doctor just arrived at 12, while those who had an appointment at 12.30 had to wait 13.30 and so on. The service is different without using a BPJS card, direct or instant without an appointment because they pay. Please donk, the doctor is more disciplined in his time and don't choose love, so that we BPJs participants are not harmed.

Pelayanan bpjs sampai jam 17.00 Saya tiba jam 17.20 sudah tidak di layani parah bgt gk ada kebijaksanaannya. Sedangkan saya harus berjalan jauh dr tmpt tinggal saya untuk sampai k klinik. Perjuangan bgt lah klo kondisi badan gk fitt banget untuk smpe pergi k klinik ini untuk berobat.. Sia2 sudah jauh2 datang untuk berobat trnyata tidak dilayanani.

Saya kecewa. Mau daftar mbanya jawab males-malesan gk koperatif dan pas tanya bs pake bpjs lgsg di matiin telpnya.

Ga sopan banget susternya, ditelepon lagi nanya untuk jadwal tambal menggunakan bpjs dan dikasih 3 bulan kedepan, ditanyain baik2 apa bisa lebih cepet, langsung dimatiin teleponnya. Kalo bisa ga dikasih bintang, ga usah kasih bintang sama sekali. Ogah kesini sih.

Klinik Gigi Layanan Regular cukup bagus, hanya akses masuk ke kliniknya aja yang agak ribet

Klinik gigi harus booking dan 2 bulan baru bisa datang. Pelayanan lama, karena kliniknya sibuk ngurusin pekerja2 yg antigen. Nunggu rujukan 1 jam baru jadi Klinik gigi dokternya non pengalaman, tidak ada tindakan, hanya bisa merujuk, preet lah intinya
