★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the tenants here. The unit and the building are newly built which contributes to hygiene of the apartment. Place is still peaceful for few people living here. There are ample parking spaces but to navigate through them takes a little bit of skill. The security and the receptionist are amicable at best. Located at the heart of entertainment and business area, Central Park, is this apartment. Overall, great location but it comes with a hefty price tag to live in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was very strategic, near a Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek Mall. Very presticious residence in the heart of West Jakarta. The apartement is equipped with swimming pool falicities, jogging track and also park.
