★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kondominium nya masih pengerjaan, jadi kalau tinggal disini sangat ribut sekali. Baru kali ini saya tinggal di kondominium mahal tp lebih enak tinggal di apartemen yang lebih murah. Ini kondominium belum siap dihuni. Kalau mau buktinya saya ada! Nyesal tinggal disini, seperti tinggal di bangunan yang baru di bangun
The condo is still under construction, so staying here is very noisy. This is the first time I've lived in an expensive condo but it's better to live in a cheaper apartment. This condo is not ready for occupancy. If I want proof, I have! Regret living here, like living in a newly built building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gilak, gak sesuai harga..pintu bukan kayu coy tapi triplek, apartemen yg murah aja pintunya kayu bukan triplek ?? tembok retak2 tipis dari awal, pembangunan jg belum ready ditinggali krn terlalu bising ada banyak unit pengerjaan padahal udah setengah tahun penghuni disni sabar2 dengar bor2 disamping telinga tiap hari (tembok unit terlalu sangat tipis, gak sesuai harga) WFH jg gak tenang meeting online suara bor tembok kencang banget!!! Udah ditegur juga gak guna.. mikir yg bener kalo mw tinggal disini gaes..pusing kepala
Maaf kalo saya review terlalu jujur karena ini fakta yg saya rasakan, yg lain ada kasih beberapa review bagus, saya tau yg review itu para pekerja disana. Semoga bisa ada kemajuan untuk kedepannya
Crazy, not according to price..the door is not wood but plywood, a cheap apartment only has wood, not plywood ?? the walls are cracked thin from the start, the construction is not ready to live in because it is too noisy, there are lots of work units even though the residents here have been patiently listening for half a year drill beside the ear every day (the unit walls are too very thin, not according to the price) WFH also not calm online meetings, the sound of the wall drill is really loud !!! Already being reprimanded it is useless .. think the right if I live here guys .. dizzy head
Sorry if my review is too honest because this is a fact that I feel, others have some good reviews, I know the reviews are workers there. Hopefully there can be progress in the future

Drain kamar mandi bau, bukan karna kotor.
Tapi kata pengelola karena apartemennya masih baru, belum byk penghuni jadi drainnya bau.
Solusinya cuman suruh kasi karbol aja.
Uda diakalin beli drain penghalang bau di setiap drain, ga ngaruh. Luar biasa sampe nyalain exhaust semprot air freshener.
Jadi memang model apt bagus sayang belum siap huni 100%
Mungkin emang mesti tunggu penuh
Do not recommend staying now.
The bathroom drain smells, not because it's dirty.
But the manager said because the apartment is still new, there are not many residents so the drain smells.
The solution is just to give carbolic acid.
Tried to buy an odor barrier drain in every drain, it doesn't affect it. It's amazing to turn on the exhaust to spray air freshener.
So it's a good apt model, unfortunately it's not 100% ready to live in
Maybe you have to wait fully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mendingan disini sih drpd TA residence yg management nya apalagi PR nya udah ga representatif abal abal servisnya, mobil pernah baret ga ada yg tg jwb. Sekuriti jelek. Belom Barang ilang. Males aja buang waktu urusan beginian sm org bawah. Mungkin nx time harus diniatin ktmu top levelnya AGS..
It's better here than the TA residence, where the management, especially the PR, is not representative, the service is abominable, the car has been scratched, no one has answered. Bad security. Have not lost goods. Don't be lazy to waste time dealing with people below. Maybe the nx time should be planned for your top level AGS..
