★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist services is not the best, I think there isn't any standard or training for hiring requirements.
The security guard even asked me (tenant) to get out of the gym for wearing sandals whilst only using upper body equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge loss as termites all over, strongly advice other residents that read this to check their apartment condition too. Super curious where the termites came from.. Had to contact the customer service to fix and PAY for everything. Hope the management or any of the team read this review and do something about this building as I personally know some other units also lodge complaints on the same issue. Thanks.. and bad customer service too, Cant believe you have to wait 1 week if you lost the access card, (tons of reasons coming out from the CS words), and you couldnt even get into your own house.. you cant complain anywhere on this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay. Lovely quite place, safe and sound. Good swimming pool. Beautiful place. Very good location, nearest to Centralpark compared to Medit 1/ Medit 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect location of this apartment in the Podomoro City mega complex made it the best for a stroll to all of the 3 nearby malls & for getting to the apartment by car.
The best apartemen pool I had seen, even comparable to 5 stars hotels.
Management, Engineering, & Security are friendly, helpful, & will always try their best.
Need immediate improvements:
1) gym equipments
2) sauna
3) sauna area cleanliness
4) GF toilets cleanliness & smell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I practically live here since I'm here 50% of my time. The building is getting old but it's a very convenient place to live. Great swimming pool. Fancy lobby. Reliable security. Just above the Central Park Mall. Everything you need is here. Gym. Sauna. Access to food and grocery stores, as well as department stores. Close to the airport. However, the management is rubbish. They prioritize themselves and their profit more than the tenants. They will not look after your rights but will without hesitation uphold their rights. Not your typical customer service. Rather "corporate service".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this apartment, it was like the high version of Mediterania Apartment. Good location, next to Central Park Mall, well maintained and clean, a lot of restaurants near this place, good facilities. But it kinda expensive to rent or buy the unit, and also a lot of traffic jam in this area.
