★ ★ ★ ★ ★ security yang tidak ramah dan tidak ada sopan santun nya terlalu songong dan belagu.terutama di dalam pelayanan di bagian lift depan khusus barang sangat buruk dan ga berguna ada security di dalam.
 security that is not friendly and has no manners is too arrogant and stubborn. especially in the service at the front elevator specifically for goods, it is very bad and useless there is security inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with this. If i can give -5 starts, i would. But hey, it’s not possible, what can i do.
This place is a freaking joke, from the top management to the bottom feeder (securities). Talking as an owner here. This place is considered newly built and isn’t cheap, market price wise and also maintenance fee. However, the way they run this is place as if they are running a goverment-subsidised facility. No system. No manners.
Alao, everything is falling apart. Leaks everywhere, filthy af. Finding small cockroaches and insects here and there is my daily routine.
Parking is ridiculous. No assigned parking spot for each unit, not even 1. We pay for monthly parking tho, yet we have to fight for our spot with the mall goers, specially during weekends. No separate entry/exit for tenants/owners. So imagine my frustation every weekend to even go out/come back to my own place.
So yeah, my suggestion, if your agent telling you this place is a good investment, most likely your’re being scammed. Run for your life. Spend your money to travel instead.
