★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officer are nice and helpful. Covid19 protocol also good enough. Just need 2hrs to process a so called 'mutasi daerah', start cek fisik until surat jalan released. Still need to wait 1.5month to get full documents from polda metro iaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Jakarta resident the process for tax payment and STNK recertification is very fast, I came at 10AM and complete them in 5 minutes (without any queueing). And the greater news is now they receive payment via debit cars from any banks. Previously they only receive cash and there is always "rounding up" to nearest thousand. ?
