★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur aja pelayanannya kurang memuaskan, khususnya para petugasnya. Apalagi yg paling ngeselin petugas dari bank bantennya pas di bagian mau pembayarannya. Etitude ramah tamah nya kagak ada. Percuma petugasnya pake kerudung juga kalo ramah tamahnya kagak di pakemah!!!
 Honestly, the service is not satisfactory, especially the officers. Moreover, the most annoying thing about the officers from the Banten bank is when they want to pay. There is no friendly etiquette. It's useless for the officer to wear a hood, if you're friendly, don't use it!!!

Trus bayar total pajak 315rb suruh bayarnya 320rb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya sekarang sudah lebih luas dan lebih bagus, pelayanannya cukup bagus, bagi yang belom fotocopy ktp,stnk dan bpkb disini menyediakan jasa fotocopy dan bayarnya 5000 rupiah dan gua saranin kalau cuman bayar pajak 1 tahunan lebih baik di sini ketimbang di samsat sdc kelapa dua soalnya prosesnya lama harus nunggu beberapa loket antrian.
The place is now wider and better, the service is quite good, for those who have not photocopied ID cards, stnk and bpkb here provide photocopying services and pay 5000 rupiah and I suggest if you only pay 1 year tax it's better here than at Samsat sdc coconut two because the process takes a long time to have to wait for several queue counters.
