★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali perpanjang stnk disini, kesannya sih cepet banget.. tapi pengen tanya, cuma agak males, di depan stnk nya tuh ko ga di cap ya?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mohon pencerahaanya, mau tanya terkait pembayar pajak kendaraan roda 2 apakah memang diwajibkan membawa BPKB asli ? Tahun 2020 saya bayar pajak tidak membawa bpkb asli tidak masalah di samsat domisili, tgl 26 November 2021 saya bayar disamsat online super mall karawaci ini saya tidak membawa bpkb asli dipermasalakan dan diharuskan membayar 50ribu dengan alasan biaya ACC bpkb, apakah ada aturan baru ? Atau hanya oknum/pungli.. setelah saya tanya ke samsat terdekat lainnya
Tidak ada aturan untuk membawa BPKB asli terkait hanya pembayaran pajak tahuhan kecuali perpanjang kaleng 5 tahun #pungli kah ?

There is no rule to bring the original BPKB related to only annual tax payments except for extending the can for 5 years.

Original KTP requirements, original STNK, original BPKB.. (if the BPKB is still on lease, just attach a certificate from the leasing dr.)

Setelah saya datang ke gerai karawaci katanya harus ke balaraja, sedangkan di panduan aplikasi bisa di samsat banten terdekat begitupun dari e-comerce tempat pembayaran bisa di samsat banten terdekat. Mohon bantuannya ya, terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perpanjang dan bayar pajak STNK mobil pd hari Sabtu, 12 Maret 2022. Datang sekitar pukul 11.45 siang, agak sedikit ramai krn mungkin weekend. Tapi langsung menuju meja pendaftaran utk menyerahkan BPKB, STNK, KTP asli dan fotocopy. Kemudian ditinggal ke atm mandiri (sekitar 5-7 menit) karena pembayaran cash only. Ketika kembali ke gerai, tidak menunggu lama langsung dipanggil utk pembayaran dan STNK sudah selesai. Total pajak mobil IDR 3.028.000, pembayaran IDR 3.030.000. Mungkin untuk biaya fotocopy BPKB dan STNK krn blm sempat fotocopy. Overall pelayanannya ok dan cepat sekali. Oh iya gerai samsat di sini hanya melayani plat A dan B Tangerang Raya saja. Di luar wilayah ini akan direfer ke samsat lainnya.

But go straight to the registration desk to submit BPKB, STNK, original KTP and photocopy. Then left to an independent atm (about 5-7 minutes) because payment is cash only. When I returned to the outlet, I didn't have to wait long and I was immediately called for payment and the STNK was finished. Total car tax IDR 3,028,000, payment IDR 3,030,000. Maybe for the cost of photocopying BPKB and STNK because I haven't had a photocopy yet. Overall the service is ok and very fast. Oh yes, the Samsat outlets here only serve plates A and B, Tangerang Raya only. Outside this area will be referred to other Samsat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian lama, 40menit, jauh banget dengan Samsat Jabar 5menit sudah selesai, perpanjang hnya tunjukan STNK dan KTP asli saja, sudah komputerisasi tpi masih foto copy dan BPKB harus ada klo tidak ada bayar 50k
Long queue, 40 minutes, very far from West Java Samsat 5 minutes finished, extended, just show original STNK and ID card, computerized but still photocopy and BPKB must be available if no pay 50k

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya Alhamdulillah sangat cepat, dari mulai saya datang lalu meletakkan berkas di loket, lalu dipanggil untuk melakukan proses pembayaran sampai saya menerima STNK yg baru semua prosesnya Alhamdulillah ga sampai 5 menit. Dari total biaya Rp. 257.300 saya disuruh membayar Rp. 263.000,-. Semoga sukses, tambah lebih baik lagi pelayanannyaa, &tetap amanah ya. Aamiin... ?
The service, Alhamdulillah, was very fast, from when I came and put the file at the counter, then I was called to process the payment until I received a new STNK, the whole process, Alhamdulillah, took less than 5 minutes. Of the total cost of Rp. 257,300 I was told to pay Rp. 263,000,-. Good luck, get even better service, & stay trustworthy. Amen... ?
