★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kenapa gak ad yg keluhkan bpkb ya ad tambah 225k pas saya ke polda..gila dan kapret..nama masi sama cuma perpanjang 5tahun pajak bayar 360k, cek fisik 30k, nomor 70k. fto copy 10k .ud abis 400k lbih..mau 225k bpkb baru nama lama..kalian samsat pikir gak semua org banyak uang..saya bingung ini ambil bpkb mahal,kondisi motor rusak seher jau dr bandara ke kelapa dua.stnk harus balik 2x.. yg kalian pajang 081333834371 ga aktif pengaduan...tolong bantu bpkb di gratiskan..kalian yg pindah kami yg susah niat byr pajak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat cek fisik kendaraan dan ambil plat nomor terlalu JAAAUUUHH dibelakang....idealnya kantor pelayanan publik tidak berada di dalam mall....karena aksesnya menyulitkan bagi yang 'gaptek' seperti belum punya aplikasi peduli lindungi yang selalu 'internal server error'....kemarin memkasakan masuk dengan bukti sertifikat vaksin dan KTP....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear pihak yang berwenang, kenapa ngurus pajak di samsat kelapa dua itu dibikin ribet ??
Padahal kita bayar pajak untuk negara lohh,,
Padahal sekali jadi juga bisa. Pengalam saya urus pajak disamsat serpong datang hari sabtu jam 9 pagi ga sampe jam 12 udah selesai semuanya STNK, Kaleng, ga ada keluar uang yang ga resmi. Semuanya pake kwitansi, Cuma fotocopy doang yg ga pake kwitansi.
Tapi kenapa di samsat kelapa 2 kita disuru berkali-kali datang ?
Bapak/ibu tau ga sih, itu ngerugiin kita yang bekerja karna harus cuti berkali-kali, tapi hasilnya hanya menunggu, ditambah lagi kita disuru bayar 70 rb buat uang daftar, ditanya kwitansinya mana, ga ada.
Denger2 juga ambil kaleng juga harus bayar lagi. Ga ngerti lagi deh sama daerah kabupaten, kenapa ad acara yg cepat malah dipersulit, ada yg gratis disuru bayar.
Tempat bayar pajak dan cek fisik kendaraan jauh. bayar pajak didalam mall, cek fisik diparkiran mall.
Ini kalo orang tua yg kesana pasti udah pusing duluan, karena tempatnya yg beda2.
Kalo belum siap tempat, orang, dll . jangan dulu lah dipisah2 lah, biar ga ada yg dirugiin

But why in Samsat Kelapa 2 we were ordered to come again and again?

A place to pay taxes and physical check of distant vehicles. pay taxes in the mall, check physically in the mall parking lot.

Hari ini saya ngurus CEK FISIK BANTUAN MOBIL dimintai biaya 100 rb tanpa kuitansi, pdhl pas saya tanya ke Pihak Biro jasa yg mau bantu sy cabut berkas (Di bandung) bilang “cek fisik bantuan di samsat Bandung sih gaada biaya Pak”. Wah gak beres nih Samsat Kelapa Dua, Gak heran kalo ada berita Kab Tangerang ditetapkan sebagai Kab/Kota dgn Pungli terbanyak,dan saya sudah merasakan nya sendiri hari ini, yaaaa salah satu nya ngurus cek fisik doang tapi dimintai 100 ribu, pdhl di samsat lain kaga ada biaya tsb.
Tolong di tindaklanjuti !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyesel gw kasih rating 5 bintang, ganti jd 1 aja kalo ada rating 0 ga bakal milih rating 1.
Masa ganti kaleng harus 3x balik sih??? Hari ke 1 keliatan normal, wlpun ada biaya di loket BBN II 70rb (ga ngerti biaya apa dan ga ada bukti pembayarannya). Udh kelar tuh hari pertama tp Harus balik lg buat bayar pajak lusanya. Oke, no problem krna mikirnya mgkn udah jadi tuh kalengnya di hari ke 2. Hari ke 2 dtg lg dong, udh selesai semua transaksi. Diserahin lah tuh berkas, trus petugasnya bilang "berkasnya harus dibawa ke Polda metro krna ganti nopol, kemudian balik lg kesini. Ditunggu, ga boleh lebih dari 1 bulan". WATERPARK!!!
2 hari aja udh makan waktu lho bapak petugas yg kurang kami hormati, ini ditambah lg harus urus kesana trus balik lg ke samsat ini. Ehhh.. ending nya dikasih pilihan buat urus sendiri atau dikolektif, kalo kolektif ada biayanya lg sebesar 150rb dan 2 hari kerja untuk pengambilannya. Pilihan yg g fair. Dgn rasa ga ikhlas gw pilih kolektif, ga mgkn gw cuti lg buat ngurus kaya begituan.
Ya sudahlah...
Tp kaleng blm diambil, nunggu 2 hari lg. Apakah bakal belibet lg urusannya?

Can you change the cans 3 times? Day 1 looks normal, even though there is a fee at the BBN II counter of 70 thousand (don't know what the fee is and there is no proof of payment). Already finished the first day but have to go back again to pay taxes the day after tomorrow. OK, no problem because I thought maybe the can was already finished on day 2. Day 2 is here again, all transactions have been completed. The file was handed over, then the officer said "the file has to be taken to the Metro Police because it changes the number, then come back here. Wait, it can't be more than 1 month". WATER PARK!!!
It's only been 2 days, you know, the officer who we don't respect, plus, we have to take care of it there and then come back to this Samsat. Ehhh.. the ending is given the choice to take care of yourself or collectively, if collectively there is a fee of 150 thousand and 2 working days for collection. Unfair choice. I don't think I'm sincere about choosing a collective, so I don't think I'm going to take time off again to take care of things like that.
