2. Harga berbanding lurus dengan pelayanan.
3. Lokasi juga gampang ditemuin.
4. Kemaren saya ganti plat juga bisa langsung dipasangin tanpa kena charge tambahan.

1. Customer service gak bagus. Ditelp tanya ttg detil harga, malah ketawa2 sama temen di samping telp. Nggak fokus mendengarkan saya yg tanya2.
2. Dokumen lambat prosesnya. Janji berapa lama, tapi ngaret semua.
3. Seenaknya tempel2 stiker di dokumen2 saya. Nggak minta izin. Ketika saya lepas stikernya malah ngerusak dokumen saya. Tentu saja tidak ada pertanggungjawaban, malah ngeles kalau itu wajib, prosedur, dll. Padahal saya bayar loh, nggak minta gratis, tp barang2 saya dijadiin bahan marketing. Orang coating mobil saya minta izin buat nempel stiker di mobil saya dulu.
4. Nggak ada penjelasan prosedur yang jelas. Tapi minta duit mulu. Ya ditambah poin no 2, dokumen lambat prosesnya.
5. Saya marah, tapi jawabannya cuma muter2 ngulang apa yang diomongin, gak nyambung dengan konteks saya ngomong.
Not recommended.
1. Customer service is not good. Called asking about price details, even laughing at the friend beside the phone. Don't focus on listening to me asking questions.
2. Documents are slow processing. Promise how long, but all drag.
3. Just put stickers on my documents. Don't ask permission. When I removed the sticker, it ruined my document. Of course there is no accountability, even if it is mandatory, procedures, etc. Even though I paid for it, I didn't ask for it for free, but my goods were used as marketing materials. My car coating person asked permission to put a sticker on my car first.
4. There is no clear explanation of the procedure. But ask for money. Yes, plus point no 2, the document process is slow.
5. I'm angry, but the answer is just repeating what was said, it doesn't relate to the context I'm talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya cepat, cuma pas balik nama ganti plat nomer, nggak Ada konfirmasi ganjil genap, padahal plat lama saya ganjil, berubah jadi genap, sebaiknya customer diinfo kalau Ada request seperti itu utk nambah biaya, tidak apa2
The service is fast, only when I change the name to change the number plate, there is no odd-even confirmation, even though my old license plate is odd, it changes to even, the customer should be informed if there is a request like that to increase costs, that's okay
