★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu bayar pajak tahun disini, bukan untuk 5 tahunan tapi, ini buat tahunan aja ya pajaknya.
sekarang bagus, padahal tahun kemarin kayak kantor tiker bus gitu, sekarang bagus, siip, kalau perpanjang tinggal bawa ktp asli, bpkb asli, dan stnk asli, itu aja, bisa fotocopy disni (bayar lg) hehehe

Entah kenapa tutup, pas datang jam 1 lewat, ada tempelan ppkm darurat ( difoto) emang ada ppkm darurat ya? Hehehe. Yah tar balik lg deh hari biasa, untung belum tanggal nya msh ada, hehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini ada pungli....rupanya, saya sempat mau perpanjang stnk motor disini. Saat sedang melakukan pengecekan berkas memang stnk dengan ktp saya berbeda namanya. Staffnya sudah menginformasikan tidk bisa kalo berbeda namanya. Namun saat saya ingin pulang ada salah satu staff yang manggil saya dan dibawa keruangan belakang. Staffnya nawarin bantuan agar bisa di proses dengan bayaran 200 ribu. Namun saya tolak. Semangat cari duitnya!!!
There is extortion here.... apparently, I had time to extend my motorbike license here. When I was checking the file, my stnk with my ID card had a different name. The staff has informed that it can't be done if the name is different. But when I wanted to go home one of the staff called me and was taken to the back room. The staff offered to help so that it could be processed for a fee of 200 thousand. But I refused. Excited for the money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya perpanjang pajak motor disini tapi disuruh foto copy keluar masuk pintu dan bayar 5 ribu untuk foto copy stnk, ktp dan bpkb.
Untuk karyawannya yang laki2 cukup ramah cuma yg perempuan jutek bgt. Dan yang saya bingung totalan pajak yg harus saya bayar trnyata di bulatkan alias pajak yang harus saya bayar 348rb tapi di minta 350rb berarti ada pungli 2 rb disini bukan masalah nominal 2 rb tapi bukannya pungli sudah dilarang dan apabila mengalami bisa melapor ya? Soalnya saya kebetulan baru saja dari kemenkumham dan ada pembicaraan mengenai pungli ini. Namun apabila penggenapan ini memang lumrah saya mohon maaf terimakasih.

For the male employees, they are quite friendly, only the female ones are really dirty. And what I'm confused about is that the total tax that I have to pay turns out to be rounded up, aka the tax I have to pay 348 thousand but being asked for 350 thousand means that there is extortion of 2 thousand here, it's not a nominal problem of 2 thousand but instead of extortion it is prohibited and if you experience it can you report it? The problem is that I happened to just come from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and there was talk about this extortion. However, if this fulfillment is normal, I apologize, thank you.

Tempat bersih , kurang cuma 1 kl lagi sedikit rame bangku tunggu sampe kurang apa lg PPKM begini
, ketimbang ke samsat yg kudu muter2 dr loket satu ke loket lainnya
It's better to extend the STNK here, 1 door faster, the speed and attitude of the service is ok
The place is clean, only 1 less when it's a little crowded waiting benches until there's not enough PPKM like this
, instead of going to the Samsat which has to rotate from one counter to another

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini jumat turup jam 15:00 antrian normal tidak terlalu rame dan saya bayar pajak menghabiskan waktu sekitar 15 menit. Pelayanan baik tidak bertele-tele.
Di samping ruangan Samsat ada Mushola bagi yang antri pada waktu Sholat ga perlu hawatir tinggal kesebelah kiri ruangan Samsat tidak menghabislan waktu lama, Musholanya juga lumayan nyaman dan bersih. Silahkan yang wajib Pajak kendaraan area Tangerang datang ke gerai samsat Kreo. Untuk hari sabtu buka jam 10:00 sampai dengan jam 13:00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini perpanjang stnk digerai samsat kreo hypermart, dateng abis dzuhuran sampe gerai 12.45 nunggu 15 menit sampe gerai nya buka jam 13.00 langsung antri ngasih berkas untuk di fotocopy bayar 5.000 posisi fotocopy nya dibelakang gerai samsat nya ada pintu. setelah ngasih berkas disuruh nunggu untuk pembayaran dan pengambilan berkas perpanjangan STNK engga sampe 25 menit udah di panggil buat bayar sama pengambilan stnk. Overall pelayanan nya cepet, engga ribet,okelaahh??✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa sekarang jadi ribet banget? Masalah fotocopy aja pake bolak balik keluar masuk pintu.. Apa mungkin karena review2 negatif terkait penggenapan? Ya sudah la yaa... Mungkin diinfo aja dipintu,, samsat ini hanya melayani khusus orang yang gak mau ribet... Datang-kasih berkas-bayar-pulang......
Kalo perlu pajak 5 tahunan juga bisa disini min.. Tinggal ke samsat ciledug buat ngambil plat baru.. Jd tidak riweh dan lama.......
Why is it so complicated now? The problem of photocopying is using back and forth in and out of the door.. Could it be because of the negative reviews related to fulfillment? That's all right... Maybe just inform them at the door,, this Samsat only serves people who don't want to be complicated... Come-give files-pay-go home......
