I came for Drive Thru rapid Test. Book the schedule with Halodoc, and just came in by car no need to step out. Blood sample was taken with new equipments. I took the 150,000 package, which stated result will be received in 3 days time. However, the nurse said that tomorrow I can already take the result (1 day). Very convenient service for COVID-19 check.

Do not ever go to this hospital and ask to help in filling up insurance claim form! They will just slack in doing it after you make payment. If you need to be here, be prepared to pay on private for better service

Good experience with cozy executive lounge when you have Inhealth Platinum Insurance. Then, you also don’t have to wait in front of the doctor’s room, hence the admin will help you through all the waiting process & administration process

Me and my wife came for monthly pregnancy check up and it went fine until the final date. The customer service is just bad. We stayed 4 days and - Hospital this big has NO WIFI. There is wifi in the first floor but ridiculously slow. Not sure if they care about people that still have to work while waiting for the loved ones. Not sure if we have to be the VIP guest to gain access to WIFI but i paid more than 50mil in total stay and didnt get any wifi access + free parking is just ridiculous. - Slow response! We were told to put warm water to prevent fever and make a faster healing process during our stay but it is SUPER hard to get the hot/warm water. Where do you guys expect us to get it while we were stuck there besides asking from nurses? Even if we ask for it, it came 2 hours after continous follow up. Not just hot water but also small thing. Sometimes medicine guy came after 1hr they give food. - All nurses and doctors didn't synchronized. Nurse 1 says A is okay to do, nurse 2 came and told B is the best way then doctor came and told dont do A and B, instead do C. Not only happen with 1 doctor but we had 3 doctors and the nurses have differ opinions. You guys need to train doctors and nurses same principle. They were making us confused! - ER or IGD Is just the worst in this hospital. Came on May during holiday so we had to go to ER but the doctor did nothing and charged us more than 1mil. File a complain and got refunded because they charged for so much medicine and treatments that we didn't get. We went to ER for the 2nd time because we had to wait for the PCR test to came out in order to move to the patient room and luckily they didnt do the same mistake - We had appr. 4 doctors and only one is our favorite. Dr Lucia, the best and would definitely comeback for her but not for the rest. She is super professional, come and check as expected. Give great communication and direction as clear as kid can understand. (Fyi she is the cheapest among other 3 doctors but her service is the best) - Estimated price was 31mil but we went over 50mil in total. Not saying that this is their fault but with that amount of spending compare to the service is just a big NO Leaders, if you read this, please at least train your nurses align with doctors or the other way around. Not sure which one is true if they are telling difference thing. And with this big name, high price and powerful location in alam sutera, you guys dont have at least 1 nurse or 1 administrator that understand English well? We had to have someone translating everything for literally everything except communication with doctors. Again, WIFI. Its a pain to wait in the line, or even stay for days in the hospital. Please entertain your guests by just have a wifi so we can still work. WFH not only work from home but hoping the guests can work from hospital too. Wishing you the best but I'm not coming back unless urgent or have some consulation with Dr Lucia.

My sister was hospitalized at EMC Alam Sutera due to Covid-19 for 19 days. EMC Alam Sutera services & treatments were top notch.The doctors was very helpful especially Dr. Sandy Perkasa, Sp.PD whom very generous. The nurses were very friendly and aware. Thank you very much for everything. I would also like to give my thanks to marketing team Mr Redyh for the quick response. It was very pleasant and extraordinary services we got from EMC Alam Sutera. ????

Non communicative cardiologist, just take action without any information or explanation before medical action to the patient. Even after medical action still no information about the results. Wish this just happen to me, but the foods are not bad

would like to give negative points, but not possible. Wanted to book a consultation for a doctor, but it was not possible online ! Called and they told me from 10 to 12. been there at 10 sharp to register. Was told as there are 10 in the line before me have to wait till 12:30. Doctor arrived at 12:30 - nobody told me. Waiting-Waiting-Waiting. at 12:50 i asked what about my time.... its very unprofessional handling the patients time. Will never go there again, there are enough good other hospitals.

One of the best hospitals for the doctors, equipments and services I book an appointment with Dr. Albert Gandakusuma for my mom's knee. After several visits and consultations, Dr. Albert suggested to do operation for helping my mom. He is the best orthopedic doctor that I know. Because he is so calm, he helps my mom to relax before doing the operation. And his best assistant, nurse Siska, is so amazing. She did much more than just doing her job. She helps me to arrange all schedules, doing PCR, CT thorax, and all kind of preparation before my mom was staying in the hospital. Because of Dr. Albert's talented skills, my mom's op result, is very satisfactory. Because of nurse Siska's calm demeanor and helpfulness, my mom stays calm and having a fast recovery. Thank you for Dr. Albert Gandakusuma He is the best orthopedic surgeon that I've known Thank you Nurse Siska, to make everything run smoothly. When you guys want to find an orthopedic doctor, didn't have to find anywhere except in here in Omni Hospital Alam Sutera. He is very recommended so it's better make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Keep on doing the good for everybody ????
