★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad administration, they still doing the registration, pharmacy, and chasier manually which have a big chance to human error. I have a bad experience with the pharmacy, they put the wrong price for the medicine that I have to pay which is more expensive up to 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The negligence of doctor killed my friend's mum.
My friend told a doctor that his mom is unresponsive. The doctor said she is fainted, don't need to worry. 30 minutes later she is in critical condition and only doctor came to help. He should have done something when she was unresponsive. That doctor just murdered my friend's mom.
Do not come here, unless absolute no choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this hospital isnt worth even 1 star. i want to give minus stars if i could.
these are why :
1. in reability, they are very slow-heads and are not competent including admin, nurse and the doctor. i found so many misdiagnosed and of course, mistreatment in this hospital as i tried to another hospital for 2nd/3rd opinion. they are very unprofessional.
2. they dont give us as their patient a clear informations, so u would find miscommunication between them and you.
3.in tangible aspect, they have dirty + smelly hallway for waiting room, un-clean toilet, and leaky floor. smelly and faded uniform.
4.for emphaty, they work with no heart. they only want money. also they are racist and full of bigots, so many discriminations (ethnicity and religion) in this hospital. so if u're not muslim u will not serviced with full heart. they seem dont like service for patient of BPJS. even for their smiles. so dont bother to try it.
5. they arent responsive as many other hospital. very slow to give a service.
i wonder how they got 4 stars accreditation from KARS. it is full of cons for 4 stars.
