3times coming but same... almost 2 hour only to wait the cashier call our name, no huge que. i don't know why, if compare to another hospital this is the longest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bethsaida is our go to hospital for emergency and check ups. But we had an encounter with an orthopedic. He might be wondering why i prefer to speak in english rather in bahasa indonesia but instead of asking "where are you from?.. he asked me, "why i speak english?. Which i find really rude. And then made a remark about not sounding like one because of the tone and imitated how we speak. Even doctors should mind their words when saying something about other's accent. They might not mean it but be wise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR ADMINISTRATION. Came on time for consultation session but spent 30 MINS alone for registration—actually I’m a returnee patient. Finished the session, I need to wait another 60 MINS just for insurance claim and prescription. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to get out 16 hour PCR test done in the drive through. After paying over 900k each plus another 18k for a printed copy, we were told they would not be able to provide the result, needed for flying, for at least 2 days (regulations are that PCR is done within 2x24 hours). We complained and asked for a refund, only to be told it would take 14 working days. We asked to speak to a manager but they refused to get one. Some of the worst service from a hospital I have ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with a bone problem but ended up with a Cardiologist doctor? Who spent more time talking about themselves than anything else?? Hospital has an ok Caffe, go for coconut coffe btw. The western food was a bit less quality, oh don't order the calamari (in the photo) dish and be prepared to wait longggg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better choose another hospital. My sister has a bad experience with their service and in two days they even charged her almost 30.000.000 IDR for two days in there. We had experience to treat her in other hospital and she stay there one week the same class, the even a lot of treatment. compared to this one, this is very rude, very unlogical charge, the doctor also not very friendly and they didn't do nothing. Well I would say this place more to fraud hospital. Good luck for your business!! Without thinking the humanity to save people life!!
