Saya menderita arithtrits. . Saya menggunakan BPJS dan mendapatkan fasilitas 6x terapi/bulan. Dipoli tersebut ada 2 dokter yg ramah, dr. Wahyudi dan dr. Gusti (maaf kalo salah ketik). Saya seringnya datang sore jadi ketemunya dr. Wahyudi. Dokternya kalem banget, memberikan terapi dgn sangat santun sambil ngobrol2 ttg pekerjaan, keluarga...terapi selama 15 menit terasa begitu sebentar. Suster yang membantu juga sangat komunikatif dan ramah (kalo gak salah namanya mbak Olla dan 1 lagi sy lupa...) Alhamdulillah saya merasa nyaman dan terbantu. Mudah2an RS ini makin berkembang dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan....Aaamiin.
I suffer from arthritis. . I use BPJS and get 6 therapy/month facilities. There are 2 friendly doctors, dr. Wahyudi and dr. Gusti (sorry for typo). I often come in the afternoon so I met dr. Wahyudi. The doctor is very calm, gives therapy very politely while chatting about work, family... 15 minutes of therapy feels so short. The nurse who helps is also very communicative and friendly (if I'm not mistaken her name is Ms. Olla and I forgot one more...) Thank God I feel comfortable and helped. Hopefully this hospital will continue to grow in providing health services.... Aaamiin.

Ceritanya saya mau bawa anak saya ke poli anak insan permata, daftar dan bayar terlebih dahulu. Kemuadian saya di arahkan untuk langsung ke poli anak, saya tanya sama susternya. Saya : Sus ini gimana ya? Sambil ngasih kertas antrian dari kasir suster : nanti yang duluan ya dipanggil duluan. PD banget dong setara masih ada 2 ibu ibu yg nunggu sambil bawa anak anaknya, akhirnya saya dan istri saya nunggu panggilan. Menit kemenit, jam kejam kok saya malah di lewat dan gak dipanggil2, sedangkan ibu ibu yg baru pada dateng gak lama meraka langsung di panggil, akhirnya saya bertanya lagi sama susternya. Saya : sus, atas nama bayi (....) masih lama gak ya? Suster : sebebtar ya pak.. Lanjut saya duduk dan nunggu lagi, sampe saya pegel dilewat mulu sama ibu ibu yg baru pada dateng , saya akhirnya bertanya kembali. Saya : sus ini gimana ya antriannya? Suster : kata dokternya yang diduluin bayi yg mau imunisasi, nanti ya pak tunggu dulu. Saya nunggu dari jam 9.20 - 11.55 gak ada panggilan aja, yang ada cuma ibu ibu yang dateng setelah saya yg dipanggil. Pada akhrinya saya dan istri saya langsung pergi, karna si suster bilangnya gak jelas dan gak pasti. Jadi buat para ibu ibu yang baca ulasan saya, ini yg saya alami, ketidak jelasan antrian yang sangat di sanyangkan, gak ada nomer panggilan antrian dan hanya cuma memanggil nama si bayi. The service was slow. The front office is the busiest part of this hospital, but the procedure was long and complicated. It was needlessly long. I had to fill three pages registration. I was here to get rapid antigen test. It was supposed to be easy and quick. Compared to other clinics and hospitals where I get tested, this hospital is bad.
