★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean hospital with great hospitality from the doctors and the staffs. All managed real well. First timer here but impressed so much with the services. Applied the health protocols inside. Met the internis with Dr Amri Hapsari SpPd this morning, 2 thumbs up. She is really friendly and listened to the complaints real well. Gave support needed. Thank you so much for all the kindness given from everyone. Recommended for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a long time ago to run an errand. Have to say that its quite well run and clean. However the queue time was pretty long for me. (I was taking medicine). This is however a decent and reputable hospitals (especially for children) and is well known in Jakarta and Gading Serpong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and clean hospital. They do follow health and safety protocol during this pandemic period. I specifically went to the general surgeon (dr Santi) Very recommended and competent doctor. Her explanation is very clear, thorough. She handled my minor surgery very well. The nurses are also kind and caring. Overall great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my 1 day rapid test here. My first visit had no problem. But I encountered problem for my second visit (which was for my travel abroad).
For the 1 day, the result will come out at noon, but the night before I got a call stating my result was invalid. They had to perform another step and my result would come out at 4PM. Although they state that the result usually come out after, they could not promise and gave no reassurance.
Worst, Dokter Riana who called mentioned several concerning misinformation after delivering the bad news upon knowing I need it for international travel:
1) Supposedly new rule for international travel that does not exist (confirmed with my flight provider). She was forcing her wrong knowledge, stating there is an e-hac and e-passport for international travel.
2) She also stated that we should call 2 days in advance before the test for travel abroad.
The points are not true, for now. If you need your test for something important, from my experience, I recommend testing somewhere else to save the trouble of this poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family hospital since we moved from Jakarta to Tangerang Selatan. Tried other hospitals in TangSel but this hospital suits our need pretty well. A week ago our son was hospitalized for Dengue Fever, the nurses are very kind and helpful, rooms also very clean. The housekeeping cleans it like maybe 3 times a day. Some other hospitals I went to were relatively not clean, web spiders and dust on the bed frame and wall. Dr Ivony Yuyu also very kind and explained everything to us clearly. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCR test. Quick and easy, don’t need to spend a long time waiting or filling out forms. If you do the test early morning (8am), you can pick up the hard copy results later in the evening (9pm). The test result did not appear on PeduliLindungi. The staff could not resolve the problem, but I can see they really tried their best to help me. Thank you ?
