★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very super BAD EXPERIENCE! Definitely will NOT come back again! When came in there's NO SIGN that the place require member, the information only available at cashier. While waiting for the queue, i asked the information officer whether i can use my L-point member or not, and he said "yes" and i can just tell my phone number at cashier. BUT after about an hour queueing then cashier officer said CANNOT USE it, and suggest to create member at information. I WENT BACK to information and ask again (this time met a lady) and after she checked, she gave 1 time transaction member, then i continued to transact. Dont sad, my BAD experience not stop here. I gave my credit card to pay, and This Lotte Mart Wholesale only accept CASH or DEBIT CARD. What a very BAD experience at my FIRST time visit!!!!!! Come on lotte.. ?????
